Worst experience and customer service but the only thing going for them is the GM being Nice. I first asked the server how long the fried rice has been sitting out and he basically said it’s been out for a long time (you can tell by how dry it was) so I decided I don’t want to get sick and ordered just a chicken egg roll and that was a big mistake. I’m assuming the Houston Health Department probably cares only for local Houston restaurants and not the airport because if they came to this place it would be shut down (unless if the airport told the health department not to close it..really not sure who holds the most power (Houston health department or the IAH airport staff). When I took a bite of the egg roll, it was extremely cold so I went back to the person who took my order (he actually asked me for cash instead of credit card because the cash register was NOT under his name ((in my opinion wouldn’t you ask for credit card because the Cash register wasn’t in his name…he told me only that it was cash only and I asked why)). The next customer be took it was okey for them to use a credit card. The bottom line is if you want to experience rude service and maybe get into a fist fight (the guy who took my order basically wanted to fight) and also if you want to roll the dice and get sick this is the place to go or other wise stay away. The google reviews tell it all. Hopefully with all this renovations at this airport they can take a look at this restaurant. Maybe the owner or higher up can transform...

Don’t get me wrong. The food is ok. I’m not complaining about the food but o we all customer service is -5 stars!! The lady serving could barely look at me while I was ordering. She has not said a word! Even after asking if they had pork (no they don’t) or if they have beef (they don’t have it either). If you see their menu, they have it all there… it’s all virtual !!! Just like their customer service. Please, I don’t wanna be repetitive but IF you have a customer facing role, if you have accepted this duty, the minimum you can do is to communicate with your client. It’s just the service 101… you need zero skills to be courteous, zero skills to look to your customers in the eyes and none to zero skills to just answer when your customer ask something. Please, be kind or at least fake you care so you can justify having a human being serving instead of a machine. More kindness, more customer...

I was at Houston International Airport November 27 and purchased 2 item combo that cost me almost $20.00. I got food poisoning almost right after eating. Got chills, stomach and head ache, vomited during my flight home and have spent 2 days with stomach ache and fever. Today is my third day and still don’t feel well. I called this place about 5 minutes ago and asked to talk to a supervisor to what a woman responded very unprofessional that she was, and when I related my terrible experience with their food simply hung up on me. Please don’t buy food from that nasty place. I’m going to the hospital to make sure I haven’t got a bacteria and make sure my stomach is ok. This is the worst place that is putting in risk...

Fine Celiac options. I was at the Houston (IAH) Terminal C location mid-morning on a Monday. Only two people running the whole show around 9:00 AM and both were very pleasant. The fellow knew all the ingredients (white rice, which is often contaminated) and veggies (just salt and garlic). Everything was fine and exactly what I needed after a 5:00 AM flight. Thank you for the transparent ingredients and thanks to the two folks who super busy and still really pleasant. All good! For reference, I eat super clean gluten free but will react if exposed and had no issues after a double serving of rice and veggies. Pricing was expected for an airport and not horrible.
