Certainly! Here's a polished review in English based on your experience at Q Bar Texas BBQ in Terminal C of Houston's airport: --- On a recent layover at Houston's airport, my companions and I ventured into Q Bar Texas BBQ in Terminal C, and what a delightful surprise it was! From the outset, the ambiance was inviting, setting the stage for a truly fantastic dining experience. We kicked things off with their BBQ ribs, and let me just say, they were nothing short of spectacular. The ribs were succulent, tender, and slathered in a BBQ sauce that was the perfect symphony of sweet and tangy. Paired with a selection of wine, our meal was elevated from great to extraordinary. Just when we thought our culinary journey couldn't get any better, it was time for dessert. Eagerly anticipating the cheesecake we ordered, we were instead greeted with a twist. The bartender—who also doubled as our waiter, showcasing the versatile and friendly service this place is known for—approached us with an apologetic smile to inform us that, regrettably, they were out of cheesecake. However, he quickly offered a fabulous alternative: the butter pecan pie. Trusting his recommendation, we went for it, and it was indeed a phenomenal choice. The pie was a delightful blend of flavors, perfectly sweet, and a fitting end to our meal. The service at Q Bar Texas BBQ was simply outstanding. The staff's ability to multitask, all while maintaining a warm and welcoming demeanor, truly set this dining experience apart. It's not every day you find such high-quality food and service in an airport setting, making Q Bar Texas BBQ a must-visit for travelers passing through Terminal C at Houston's airport.

Customer service was excellent, Miko/Niko seated myself & my friend, Miko was communicative, helpful, asked if we needed assistant ordering on the tablet, etc. We decided on the 4 meat platter, beef brisket, ribs, pulled pork, & smoked sausage, 2 sides, total price came out to about $49. We waited about 15-20 minutes before our food arrived. When the food arrived, the beef brisket looked great, we tried it, taste was good, however it was cold, the sausage was good, warm, ribs were a bit dry lukewarm & getting cold, pulled pork was good. Macaroni & baked beans were good. Hot. We did let Miko know that the brisket was cold & he asked if he could have it reheated, I respectfully declined because I didn't want it placed back on the grill being that brisket is sliced & typically fragile. I mentioned I'd appreciate if he'd let kitchen staff know. However, Miko came back with additional brisket which was good, however this time it was covered in BBQ sauce, this confused us a bit since initially our order did not have BBQ sauce on any of the meats. Overall Food 2/5 Customer service 4/5 Total stars 3. Thank you.

Service? You are the service. As in most airport situations, you’re looking for a quick in and out with an option carry out your food, in reasonable packaging, to eat at the gate or on the plane. No better way to make your row mates jealous than breaking out a brisket sandwich while they are eating horrible sugar filled carbs. The bad twist with Q bar is you have to no option but to order via QR code with absolute no service pre order. If you don’t have apple pay good luck getting your order in. The kicker was I had time to do all that and have Apple Pay, but the person to my left and right had a much harder time. In fact, the refused to do a to go order, for a traveler even though there was a stack of to go boxes sitting right in front of us. I almost hate to say my brisket sandwich was good and probably only took 12-15 min to be set in front of me. But in summary, they get a ⭐️⭐️ (don’t bother) rating. The lack of service, high prices, and general distain for customers is in your face. The only reason it hit ⭐️⭐️ is the the sandwich was average.

The location itself is nice and comfortable, but overall a disappointing experience. Their menu in front is apparently outdated with pricing and options, and has been since the pandemic? Seemed a little lazy to me but ok. I ordered a caesar salad with briskett, dressing on the side and a coffee. The caesar salad without the dressing was the saltiest salad I've ever had. I don't know how lettuce can be salty. Also, if I'm paying $23.00 for a salad, the least they can do is add real parmesean with good croutons instead of kraft powdered cheese and basic bag croutons. The briskett was pretty good and a solid portion for a salad. There weren't many customers around, lots of space to work at. When they brought my coffee in a to-go cup, I asked why it wasn't in a regular coffee cup and he said that all of the dishes were dirty. I thought, the place is empty, why aren't they washing up cups rather than creating waste? I received a regular knife and a plastic fork, which was also weird. Some of the staff was hard at work, while others were just standing around. The whole experience cost me $43 bucks and was less than desireable. I fly regularly through houston for work, would...

Horrible service and attitude. Food is overpriced even by airport standards for what you get.

“Bartender” came over and said “Do you know how to use a QR Code? You use that to check out the menu and to order.”

I ordered coffee with my order and there were only two other people at the bar. A few minutes late, She “announced” that she had to go make coffee and she would be back in ten minutes.

When she got back and served the coffee I asked for a water. She didn’t acknowledge me. Another lady had sat down and she said “I don’t think she heard you” so when she came back over a few minutes later I asked for a water again. She said, “Sir, I’m making your water, I just have to make these other drinks first!” I responded to her that all she had to do was acknowledge people to avoid confusing. She snapped back, “I did acknowledge you” and when she walked away continued to say that I didn’t hear her and finally brought the water.

She should have offered water after I sat down and was forced to pay a tip on an online order.

The food is okay, it’s over priced and the service is not great. Choose another option if you are at the...
