Bar 3 is a beautiful space inside the La Colombe d'or hotel. Speakeasy vibes of rich wood, dark colors, and soft leathers. The cocktail menu isn't something that caught my eye, we thought we'd give it a try. My girlfriend had the Chateaux Lux and she loves it. Well balanced, not overly sweet and not overly bitter. I tried the Lindbergh Palace. It wasn't quite for me so I spoke to the bartender Sergio and he made me probably the best old fashioned I've had in Houston over the past three years.
