The bartender seemed like she was maybe new or just starting out. She put my order in at 9:45. I sat there waiting for my food for over 30 minutes. Thatās an excessive ticket time for breakfast food. There were people that came in after me sitting at 4 top tables. And got their food before I did. I finally spoke up and asked her how long will my food be? She finally went back and came out with cold food. Saying āthey were just bringing your sausage off the lineā. Now Iām not the type to complain about my food. As I donāt like to have confrontation with people handling my food. But I asked her if my food could be warmed up. She mistakenly thought I asked for a Togo box. Which proves she knew my food took entirely too long. She sent it back and the manager brought it back saying she put the avocado on the side cause thats what made my food cold. I ate and when she finally brought the check. She had my order up there 2 times. She credited 1 of the orders. Cool⦠I asked for military discount as I always do. And some how it made my check go up which resulted me into paying more. How? Idk and I donāt understand. I just went ahead and paid. I am an avid tipper and when I was cashing out. Itās like she was rushing me and getting frustrated. That service was one of the worst service Iāve had. Especially for breakfast food. Maybe they should hire a bar back to make the servers drinks so she can provide better service to the customers. My driver showed me the recording of what happened. They told me they always make sure they are recording when picking up orders from this snooze location because the manager is always picking on them and the staff always give them orders late on purpose. In this recording that my driver showed me, the manager took my driver outside and scolded her for telling a staff that she needed to take a photo of a receipt and made what sound like false accusations regarding someone who the manager clearly stated doesn't even work there anymore and someone whome my driver clearly stated they didn't even know and the manager refused to explain her made up allegations against my driver and in all that time they wasted, they could have just given my driver my food and went about their day. I decided to show up to the restaurant and see what this location was like in person. I wanted to see who was responsible for making my food late and cold. I waited 30 minutes for someone to speak to me. Then after casually bringing up a specific driver, I learned that their problem wasn't even that my driver had done anything inappropriate. I found out that they had a problem with my driver because my driver is a friggin republican and openly talks about their views on the internet. Are you kidding me? My food was late and cold because a couple of miserable and overweight people are more worried about someone's political views than they are about customer orders?...
