Alejandro the certified barista would not sale me a Mocha Frapuchino Grande without me giving him 3¢. So I gave him a dime & he game me a nickel in return and said I don't have Penny's. Mistake number one. Heaven my coworker ordered coffee drinks for the office and got charged for 2 chocolate crossaints and Alejandro didn't offer a refund, he told her he can substitute it for what he had which was a butter crossaint. The butter crossaint was 30¢ less than what she paid for and Alejandro didn't say sorry or empathize. Alejandro then told us he was a certified trainer working inside a Kroger for Starbucks and that he was short staffed. We both understood, but our experience was not enjoyable. I asked for the happy hour special and he said it started at 2 pm, which I understood. I didn't enjoy how Alejandro was following policy but ripped both of us off. I wished their was a manager on duty that way I can express how unapologetically Alejandro is, at the end of the day I wasn't happy neither was Heaven about our transaction. My coffee I came in for they didn't have which was cookie crumble Frapuchino and he couldn't use my points for a free bakery item on my Starbucks app. I couldn't get my Frapuchino because I didn't have 3 Penny's yet it was ok for him to not give me my change properly? Not Kool. Heaven was very nice to not complain about her 30¢ and when she got back to TitleMax the employees complained that the barista forgot to add shots of expreso to their coffee orders. Let's just say we all spent a good 5 minutes of how bad customer experience Alejandro gave us. We should have received at least a I'm sorry or free coffee. And I asked for strawberry açaí lemonade and it just tasted like water. So that’s why I don’t normally go here. Especially bc they are always out of stock or don’t know how to make it. But yesterday I was really craving Starbucks so this location wasn’t my first choice to go to. So I went to the one that they just opened up next to it but it was closed.
