Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

NEVER EAT HERE!!!! I was here last night 12/3/2018 at 7:30pm. I ordered food from the drive-thru. When I got to the window I paid for the order but the girl handed me the wrong food. Once I told her this wasn’t my order she said the person it belonged to must have driven off. She then insisted on taking my card and charging me an extra 3 dollars since she originally charged me for the wrong order. I asked if I could keep the wrong order too for the inconvenience she said no if I did she would charge me for both. I asked her was she going to throw the order away if so why couldn’t I just keep it and she didn’t answer. This makes me think she was planning to resell the food that I had already opened and touched. I find this HIGHLY UNSANITARY. It also makes me skeptical about eating here if they’re selling food that’s been tampered with. I asked for the girls name and she replied “ I don’t have to give my name” and she then closed the window in my face. She was a slightly chubby young Hispanic girl with glasses and braces and she was working the drive-thru on 12/3/2018 at 7:30. If you see her at this location CHECK YOUR FOOD. Or just avoid eating here all together because they are re-wrapping and reselling burgers and fries that have been touched...

I normally love going to Burger King. This is my first time at this specific location. I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews, but I guess today is just one of those days. I did go kinda late in the night, but they are open for 24 hrs. Should be cool right. I’m not sure how many people were working, but they looked like irresponsible young people. No customer service, and my order was completely wrong and I paid extra for add ons. L I ordered the classic chicken sandwich meal, with Swiss cheese and bacon. My sandwich came with neither! But is has an extreme, and I mean extreme amount of mayo on it! And also ordered for it to be cut in half ! And was just thrown together. My onion rings tasted like they were just reheated in the grease, and yall just serve that to people. Probably won’t be coming back unfortunately, I’m really disappointed I love...

02 Jan. 21 at 0020 I placed an order online for which the total was $21.41. I then ordered myself a Lyft to go and pick up my order. I arrived at the Burger King at approximately 0035. There was no wait!! Got to the window gave the guy in drive thru the information needed to pick up my order. However; at 0100 I had to have the driver blow his horn because now we've been waiting over 20 mins with no food and no explanation as to why I was waiting on an order placed online. Finally the guy return to the window to inform me that the broiler was down and they only have fried food available at this time... So, now I've wasted my time, my driver's time, and money because I had to pay for my Lyft. I also now have to wait 48 hours...
