I placed an online order for an Old World Pepperoni Pizza, Italian Cheese Bread, a 2L Mountain Dew, and two dips. Normally, Little Caesars is my go-to for something quick and affordable—but this location was the complete opposite of that. When I arrived, there were about 20 people inside, but no organized line or system. Everyone was crowded near the register while one employee (a man with a beard) shouted out random questions like “Who has one pizza?” or “Who has two pizzas?” and handed boxes to whoever raised their hand. He never once verified receipts or names, which made the whole process chaotic and unprofessional. Customers easily could have (and probably did) walk out with free food that wasn’t theirs. I waited nearly 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. When I finally asked about my online order, I was met with attitude. Instead of checking properly, the employee dismissively told me, “If it’s not in the system, it’s not ready.” He never asked for my name or order details. At that point, I decided to request a refund. The process was just as unprofessional. The same employee raised his voice, demanded I bring back the drinks and dips (which were part of my paid order), and made me wait another 15 minutes. When they finally processed the refund, he repeatedly mispronounced my name and spoke to me as if I couldn’t understand what a “void” meant. It was demeaning and unnecessary. The environment as a whole was unsanitary and disorganized. The staff did not appear hygienic or trained, and the lack of respect toward paying customers was appalling. People were laughing at the chaos rather than fixing it. The food at Little Caesars can be decent for the price. I’ve enjoyed their Italian Cheese Bread in the past but no food is worth this level of disrespect, disorganization, and lack of cleanliness. I will never return to this location and strongly recommend others drive a little further to a different store, or simply choose another restaurant altogether. This location does not represent the Little Caesars brand well at all. It needs serious management intervention or to be shut down entirely.

***UPDATE 03/06/22. I ordered through the app and it flipped to this terrible location. We normally order from the 34th Street location which is great. Worst experience ever yet again! Pizza and Italian bread NOT cooked! I called their number, was asked to send in pictures and did. She gave me a ticket number and said something about an email. I didn't get an email so I called back only to find out it hadn't been reported or in for a refund. The lady also said that they don't normally ask for the customer to email pictures and she said it was weird. AVOID THIS LOCATION! Nasty tasting pizza. The dough tasted old and the cheese was sour tasting in spots. I've not ever had any pizza like this from other Little Caesar's like at 34th street. Entirely disappointed and will never go to this location again.

If I could give these clowns zero stars I would. I just need one person with one working brain cell to explain to me how I ordered online at 8:38. Promise time to pick up was 9:08 and did not leave with my order until 9:30. Folks who didn't order online were walking in a getting their pizzas before me. What was the purpose of ordering online again. Now. I heard the manager ask several times about my order and it sounded like the response was they mistakenly gave it to someone else. Do you think that was explained? Do you think I received a discount and/or a complimentary drink for my troubles. Absolutely not. And when I inquired about my order at 9:20, the guy responded that it was in the oven cooking. How?! Why?! When I ordered online. Way to waste my Saturday night.

This particular Little Caesars restaurant has basically change my mind about ordering from any other Little Caesars restaurant at all (;meaning that I won't choose that place to spend my money or suggest Little Caesars.) Yesterday evening, I showed up to the restaurant (@ 5700 W Little York Rd, Houston, Tx) and ordered a pepperoni pizza (which would be already made) and a pepperoni and sausage pizza which would take eight minutes to be ready). [I told them I would be back 'cause I wanted to go over to the 99 Only Store-to get a drink.] I went over to the store near by and bought a drink and made it back to the establishment in-time... and I still had to wait like five minutes for my order. After I received my order, I realized that they got my pepperoni and sausage order wrong (;which was a order I ordered for my parents, although I traded two of my pepperoni pizza slices for my parents'.) My parents began to eat their pizza and not realize that they were missing the pepperonis from their pizza. But as soon as I examined and bite into one of the traded slices of pizza, I knew they the order was wrong. So, later that night I went back over to that same restaurant and requested them to give my parents and I a fresh set of pizzas. The manager agreed to give me two fresh whole pizzas (and said that he could only do this request only once) but change his mind afterward without informing me and gave me only the pepperoni and sausage pizza after it was supposedly (completely) finished. The manager and two of his employees (being in their twenties) was arguing with me and intended to make me feel bad (with their sni' comments). They gave me the mess up ordered corrected... but now I will choose more sophisticated restaurant for pizza (like, Pizza Hut,...

(Racist!!! lol read at the end) place is literally the definition of "DEI" (diversity, equality, inclusion) because they did not hire the most qualified people to ruin and operate the little Ceasars this is the worst little Ceasars I have ever been to, we ordered our pizzas at 12:20pm and we're told by the app they would be ready my the latest 12:59pm. So when we get there at the earliest time which was at 12:47pm the lady at the counter said "is being made" so I asked how long since I had already order 20 min ago, she replied very quickly and quietly "30 minutes" when we showed back up after 1pm and once again asked how long she again quietly responded with "is in the oven" I stood there quietly and waited as more and more people came in waiting for there pre-ordered pizzas, I did finally receive my order at 1:57pm, you could imagine your upset i was, this place is very slow at serviceand is very racist lol no. Not too me but to this Hispanic man that walked in, she instantly shows him her phone that has a translation on it lol, he looked at me then looked back at then at me again, then back to her and replied I'm here for 2 orders 🤣 I smiled and laughed so hard on the inside but also felt the embarrassment 😳 not that it matters but yes, she was a black American at was 98% of the workers were, as I mentioned above DEI, when you don't hire the most qualified people for the job, you get a motor filled with sand, worst little Ceasars I have ever been to, I will never return to this location, stop hiring...
