Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

So as I've reviewed a lot of Burger Kings this one was more of a qubpar location. The drive through cashier lady was the saving grace as she was personable and customer service oriented. But the burger was slapped together so sadly that everything was literally in the center of the burger not spread out over the whole sandwich. The center 2-3 bites is where all the condiments were. You didn’t get lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles in any other bites. Now I also decided to try the new pickle fries for $4. What I got tasted good but the point is what I got. I decided to show a picture of how extremely little the amount was. When you order fries of any type especially fried pickles in the state of Texas you usually get a generous portion. This was rediculous for $4. As you can get 3 jars of pickles at the dollar store for that price. Anyways I'm hoping they get better employees here that put the food together that get the understanding of what customer retention is as that is the true fruit of most any business. I will say this Burger King is at a decent location for my needs so I might give them another try...

If I could give this place a negative 10 stars I would. I went there for my first time (and last) on June 4th around 5:30pm. As soon as the person asked for the order you could tell she didn't want to be there, I ordered 2 kids meals cheese burgers, a TX whopper and a whopper Jr. There was no cars in front of us. The lady that charged me didn't give me a receipt, and it took them a bit more than 30 mins to get us the food. When we were waiting for the food, after waiting so long my husband gave the female working a thumbs up just to ask if everything was OK. She came to the window and rudely and with an attitude said something like "they commin" giving a gesture with her hand to hold on. I am very patient and polite, but if it's taking you more than 30 min for 4 burgers at least keep the customer updated! If you don't like your job quit! I will NEVER go back to that BK! And upon reading the reviews, I don't know how they still up...

I usually don’t write reviews but today drew the line for me with this experience. I work around this area and wanted to pass by to get something to eat and I’m pregnant, craving a sundae. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker I had to wait 5 minutes even though there was no car in front. When the female got on the speaker I immediately was given attitude, she was trying to hurry my order, and when i asked for the sundae she told me that the ice cream machine was down which wasn’t true because I earlier came by and had bought a sundae. I ended ordering a single whopper and Hershey Pie, I had to wait 20 minutes just for my Whopper to be cold and the pie frozen. I will no longer be buying from this Burger King. Also when i pulled up to the window i felt a strong odor of cigarettes and then i saw one of the employees had stepped out to smoke a cigarette near the drive thru....
