Eado Fitness is my second home. I enrolled for personal training with Danny in October 2019. I must say he is extremely professional and friendly. This is a one hour class where Danny introduced me to Olympic lifting, technic, form and other cross fit work outs. He always had a schedule and plan for workouts and meals. Very motivating and positive environment. This is a great community for work-outs. I am also training with Lisa for the quick fit class (25 mins) when I don’t train with Danny. Danny and Lisa are very knowledgable and always motivating from every corner of the gym. My goal is to gradually transition to cross fit or the boot camp class which is overlooked by Danny himself.
