This Chick-fil-A location is hands down one of the most impressive I’ve ever visited! From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this restaurant is designed with a focus on excellence, hospitality, and comfort.
Ambiance & Design: The layout is spacious and well thought-out, with plenty of open seating areas that allow for a comfortable dining experience. The lighting is perfectly engineered, creating a warm, inviting, and modern atmosphere. Fresh flowers on every table are a thoughtful and elegant touch. Everything in this location looks brand new, from the furniture to the walls, and it all contributes to a polished and welcoming environment. There are even strategically placed outlets throughout the dining area, making it incredibly convenient for guests to charge their devices while eating—a feature that earns this location bonus points for thoughtfulness!
Cleanliness: Cleanliness here is next-level. The floors are absolutely spotless, the ceiling tiles are in perfect shape, and every corner of the restaurant is meticulously maintained. The attention to detail is unmatched, and it’s clear the staff and management take immense pride in this location.
Bathroom Experience: The bathrooms deserve a section of their own because they are immaculate and feature amenities you don’t typically find in fast-food establishments. Everything is pristine and appears brand new. They even have a mouthwash station, which is such a unique and thoughtful addition. For families or anyone needing to use the changing table, it’s beautifully designed with an extreme hygiene mat that keeps everything clean and prevents splattering—something every parent will appreciate.
The stalls are spotless, equipped with toilet seat protectors for those who prefer them, and there’s no shortage of toilet paper or soap (they’re not stingy at all!). The sinks are sparkling clean, and even the door handles look freshly sanitized. An automatic air spritzer keeps the room smelling fresh, adding to the overall experience. It’s rare to see this level of care and detail in a public restroom!
Staff & Service: The staff here is phenomenal. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by the woman at the front counter, who was both beautiful and friendly. Her energy and professionalism set the tone for the entire visit. The employees work quickly and efficiently—at 7:26 PM, there was no line, and they were still taking care of customers with speed and a smile.
They brought my food directly to my table, and the moment I finished, a team member came by to collect my tray without delay. Their attentiveness and commitment to exceptional service are truly remarkable.

Read moreI am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent service I received at your Hollister restaurant. Over the past few visits, I have encountered repeated errors with my orders, which have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Additionally, I believe I was subjected to racial profiling during one of my visits. Not only from the manager meheret but the entire staff.
my orders were either incomplete or incorrect. It started in the drive through. A young man with blonde hair, forgot my French fries and gave me Mac and cheese. I understand mishaps happen so i didn’t fault him ! It seemed like there wasn’t an issue until we drove off. For one the boy accidentally switched the receipts on our bags when he brought the fries out. So when i went inside after realizing they gave us chicken tenders instead of nuggets. I went inside and unbeknownst to me the receipt was switched. But i paid via the app so i had a copy of the receipt. The manager meheret was completely unprofessional and ill suiting for the job. He was confused, trust me i understand his confusion but after explaining to him almost 5 times what was going on, he still didn’t get it. So he asks me why the receipt has a different order and i told him to ask the young man because i have no knowledge of that because i don’t work there! I have no access to recipes they tape on the bag. He then gave me a 8 count and didn’t give me the fries claiming we ate all of them, but the bag was literally filled with fries and two tenders. Then he started to talk about me with the younger workers and they began laughing at me. Then after all of that i asked for a refund and he picked the food up out of the trash asking me if i wanted that food. That was completely insane to me and i will not be returning, it seems like he doesn’t care though. Despite clearly stating my preferences and checking my order before leaving the restaurant, I consistently received the wrong items. This not only wasted my time but also left me dissatisfied with the quality of service at Chick-fil-A.
Furthermore, during this same visit, I felt targeted and discriminated against based on my race. I was treated differently from other customers, receiving slower service and suspicious glances from staff members. This experience was deeply upsetting and made me question the inclusivity and respectfulness of your establishment.
As a loyal customer, I expect better from Chick-fil-A. I hope that you will take immediate action to address these issues and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I urge you to train your staff to provide accurate and respectful service to all customers, regardless of their race or background.

Read moreThis is experience was very saddening. I arrived at the drive through around 8:30 pm. A nice young lady took my order via iPad. She was thorough in reading it back and it sounded correct. The line was not too long but this location was moving slower than usual. There were 3 vehicles in front of me. 1 was made to park along side the restaurant drive through and wait for their order. The other 2 vehicles in front of me were waiting for their orders as well while I sat in front of the pick up window waiting as well. Before the other 2 vehicles received their orders, I was given mine but it was incorrect. For context, I ordered a Spicy Southwest Salad w/ a spicy fillet AND nuggets on top, light Italian dressing and a medium SunJoy. The first time they handed me my order I told the young man I hadn’t received my drink and also that my salad was missing the spicy fillet. He huffed and said “well it is getting busy.” I’m not sure why he informed me of that because it has nothing to do with my order being wrong. It wasn’t busy when I order nor while I was sitting in line for approximately 10 minutes. He asked me to pull up to the end of the drive through where the 2 other vehicles had been and were now gone being that they finally received their orders. The young came back about 3 minutes later and asked me to park along side the restaurant where the 1st vehicle that was in front of me earlier had parked. I obliged and parked to wait. I was waiting for around 12 minutes when the young man came out again and handed me another salad that was again, incorrect. I politely relayed this to him and he complained again; “we are busy. Would you like a refund?” He was visibly annoyed. I answered him “yes. Here you go.” (While handing him the salad back) He sighed heavily and stated “Just keep it.” I pressured the subject of him taking it back which he refused but did issue a refund to me via my card. I appreciate him for that. However, I did actually want my salad the way I ordered it. Also, maybe don’t say things like “we’re busy” when a customer’s order has been made incorrectly. You guys weren’t busy before I order and for a number of minutes afterwards while I waited until 9pm. I won’t be back to this location or to any Chick Fil A franchises again.
