El Kiosko — Local services in Houston

Ordered a Maltiada...it tasted like I was dipping an Oreo cookie in a cup of water. The staff did not blend the drink well enough. I was half way done with my drink and had already taken out 3 chunks of whole ice. I asked the staff if this is how the drink is suppose to be they said yes. Yet my uncle also ordered the same drink and his clearly had more chocolate and was blended well enough. I asked the staff if they would redo my drink and the cashier simply poured what was left of the drink into the blender to blend again and poured it on another cup. Same as if I had told my waiter that the food was cold and they simply heated the food in the microwave. I asked for the name and number of their owners and the staff refused to provide me the number. I took a few pictures and will be sending them to the owner once I do...

The manager has a very bad attitude ! (Vicky). I went in and order two drinks the special green and the number 27. The special green was good but the other one was awful ! It was stiff and sour and I went in and complained about it and asked if they can change it too something else and Vicky said we can add sugar like if that’s gonna fix it and I said no because it’s not gonna fix that and she then just walked away making an ugly expression. I understand their was another customer waiting to get his order taken but she could of said give me a second I’ll be right back instead of making the expression she made! Not the first time her expression is ugly. Managers are supposed to handle the situation...

Been here a few times and the Mangonada Explosion is the BOMB!! I've also had the Chilindrina and that is freaken delicious. I call it my Mexican Salad 😂 My husband got a torta of pulled pork. It was good but I think they season the meat a little too much (or maybe its just my sensitive taste buds, idk) I like it here but the ladies working there need to be more friendly and smile more.
