I ordered through the app. Said name at box. Pulled up one space with six cars between me and the window. While parked we move beyond the time my order was supposed to be ready and there are still six cars. I go get gas and come back. After waiting around the counter for five minutes a woman begrudgingly asks me what I need. I tell her the name on the order and she immediately says she called it. So if I'm six behind the window 10 minutes after placing the order you telling me you called it out inside means you are admitting to being at least 12 minutes behind on my order. And an attitude. You were not buried in that station isn't hard. You just don't give a shit so you'll never be able to actually do it because you don't care. And then you walk up to me and laugh at my hat like I couldn't run that station in my sleep with both of your hands tied behind your back. I just can't understand where you would get such a ridiculous tone while you're in the middle of melting down in public. That type of cognitive dissonance is flabbergasting. But you would have to give a shit and you don't so it kind of makes sense. Shame just isn't in some people's vocabulary. No matter if they're drowning in it. Having an employee taking my order on a tablet 15 feet away from the menu doesn't work for people who would like to see what you have. There was no one behind me but we still rushed through and ended up with one meal instead of three. Be patient, I had wanted to give you money had you let me order. I swear I'd love to eat if they would only take my order or at least act like 10 people in the drive.Thru wouldn't bury any other restaurant but they're just sitting here as though...
Read moreI have tried to give this location a few chances (at least 3-4) because it’s the closest to me, but the service disappoints me every-time. Every single time, no exaggeration, no matter what I order, I’m always asked to pull forward. Then i am left sitting waiting for at least 15-30 mins. It would be longer if i didn’t take it upon myself to go in the restaurant and inquire about the wait. Why ask someone to pull forward, if you’re going to simply forget about their order. My orders are never difficulty or eccentric. Today i ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese and a medium onion ring. I was asked to pull up (probably because they had to drop the onion ring) which is no probelm. I expected maybe a 5-10, 15 min wait at most. I kid you not, I ordered at 7:25 and was still waiting at 7:50. I had seen at least 15-20 cars get their order in that time frame with bags full of items. I had to go in store and then inquire about my order and then wait another 5 mins because they never dropped the onion rings in the first place. I didn’t get my order til 7:55. A whole 30 minutes later. Needless to say, I will never be coming back to this location. In the future, I’ll drive the extra 10-15 mins to the next one if i want Whataburger that bad, and that’ll still probably be a shorter waiting time with the ordering time included at the other location. 0/10...
Read moreUsually at this location I’ve had a fairly friendly experience, but today 9/13 around 10pm it was horrible. The drive thru lady was extremely unprofessional, no manners and didn’t know the menu options well. At the pay window it was 3-4 people just standing around the cashier and when I asked the order to be read back to ensure the accuracy she said part of the order and asked for my card. The order that was read back wasn’t even my correct order. As I received my food nothing no words no would you like any ketchup, here are your drinks, just hand to bag. As I pulled in the parking lot to check if my food was correct which it still wasn’t, there were two what a burger workers IN UNIFORM smoking weed right outside the door. The easiest part of the day was getting my burger corrected. This experience makes me not want to buy at this whataburger anymore and I’ve ate there for the...
