I wish the employees here would communicate better. I've spoken to three sets of employees and they all sent different messages. I've been wanting the SNES Classic like so many other people: the first time I went after the initial shipment, I was told that they would put a sign out the day before announcing that they had received a shipment of SNES. The second employees I talked to said that if you sign up for their SMS messaging that they will message when a shipment arrived. Given my one-star review, predictably, neither of those things happened.

Read moreI didn't have the charger for a DS I purchased used, lastnight but told the guy he could keep the charger from the new once he was going to give me in exchange. He was a little weird about it. It's an even exchange but ok he didn't seem to comfortable doing that. I went to my car to make sure I didn't have it in there and I did.
