Tried to order takeout for an event, but ended up cancelling the order.
I was ordering the party tray for the shrimp broccoli, and I asked approximately how many people will one tray feed. The lady cashier yells at me in Spanish "I don't know! I don't know how much people eat". This angered me a bit, but I decided to let it go. Instead ,I got more trays to be enough for my party. I ordered three more trays to complete my order and she yelled back "So how many do you want?". She continued to yell at me back a few more times, every time I said something.
Eventually, I told her off and said " Listen lady, you're not gonna continue yelling at me when I'm simply trying to place an order." She calmed a bit d after that, but still had an attitude. A guy behind walked up after I finished, and tried to order. He asked "Can I remove the crab from this dish" and she yelled back "It already comes with the dish!, and "You need to order something else if you don't want crab". The guy responded back with a witty response, and I could start to see the whole line behind him beginning to complain about the cashier's behavior. After that whole experience, I decided to cancel my order by phone, and the manager actually answered. I decided to might as well make a complaint. When I told the guy why I was cancelling he just ignored my comments, and told me that I should just go ahead and cancel already.
I get that you have to stand up for your employees, but that cashier isn't helping your business. She looked so angry at being there, and was clearly showing it to all...
Read moreIf I could give ZERO stars, I would... So, I get my order about 1.5 hours after I order it. Upon arrival, the delivery driver calls me twice looking for my apartment. I made a note in the order that my gate was hard to get into, so I would tip well because of that fact. When I get my order, I tip the driver $20 for the hassle of delivering to my apartment. I open the food. I eat some of the food. It is not only cold, but the order is wrong. I eat about 1/3 of it and throw the rest in the trash. I call today to speak to a manager, and am informed that the manager is not in today, that I should call back tomorrow. I try to explain that I don't want to wait longer to make a complaint. Someone gets on the phone and asks me a bunch of questions pertaining to my order, and he is short and rude with me, to the point of yelling at me, and I can hear yelling in the background pertaining to my complaint. I try and explain that I would like a refund, and the man states that unless I bring ALL the food to the restaurant, there is nothing they can do until I speak with a manager. I understand this, and I ask him when I can speak to a manager, he states that I should call after 6pm. No problem, while I'm asking for a manager's name he hangs up the phone on me . This is...

I literally tried to oder through grub hub and I received a phone call from a women telling me they didn't have what I ordered.She was hinting at cancelling my order instead, but I was willing to take something else.Then she told me they don't deliver my apartment building either. I don't understand why I am paying a fee for delivery if you will not come to where I am located. I stay no where near the gate of my apartment complex so I told her to cancel my order which she was already trying to do from the start because they didn't have what I originally ordered. I'm thinking ok they will cancel my order then my money will go back to my card. After 20 mins I called back and the staff answering the phone was very rude.
