Atmosphere and Environment: When entering the establishment, the seating area appeared relatively clean and organized. However, the overall atmosphere was somewhat dampened due to an unfortunate issue: water was dripping from the ceiling onto me. This is undoubtedly an unpleasant experience and raises concerns about the maintenance and upkeep of the property. Such problems can significantly affect a customer's dining experience and could potentially be a health and safety hazard.
Service: The service at Jack in the Box was adequately efficient. The staff members were polite and took the order promptly, but there was no standout customer service experience that would elevate the visit. Furthermore, the staff's response to the leaking ceiling was less than satisfactory, as no immediate action was taken to address the problem or offer compensation.
Food Quality: The primary reason for any visit to a fast-food chain is, of course, the food. Unfortunately, the food on this visit did not exceed expectations and was disappointing.
Burger: The burger, which is often a staple at Jack in the Box, arrived at the table lukewarm. The patty lacked juiciness and seasoning, making it bland. The bun was slightly stale, and the lettuce was wilted. The other toppings didn’t fare much better, with the tomatoes being soggy and the pickles overwhelmed by the vinegar taste.
Fries: The fries were a mix of overly crispy to soggy, signalling that they had possibly been sitting out for too long and were not freshly made. They also lacked sufficient seasoning, requiring additional salt and ketchup to be palatable.
Tacos: Another popular choice, the tacos were underwhelming. The shell was chewy rather than crispy, and the filling appeared to be hastily assembled. The meat was sparse and unevenly distributed, while the lettuce and cheese were not fresh.
Drinks: The beverage selection was standard for a fast-food chain. However, given that the food experience was below average, this aspect of the meal did not significantly impact the overall impression.
Cleanliness: Aside from the critical issue of the water leaking from the ceiling, the rest of the establishment maintained a reasonable level of cleanliness. The tables were wiped down and the floor was relatively clean, but minor debris was noticeable.
Overall Experience: Overall, the visit to Jack in the Box was disappointing due to the subpar food quality and the uncomfortable dining environment. The water dripping from the ceiling was a major detraction from the experience and indicates a need for better facility maintenance. The food, which is the core of any dining experience, failed to meet expectations in terms of taste, freshness, and presentation.
Final Thoughts: While Jack in the Box is typically known for its wide variety of fast-food offerings and quick service, this particular visit highlighted several areas for improvement. Addressing water leakage should be a priority to ensure customer comfort and safety. Enhancing the quality and freshness of the food could also improve overall customer satisfaction. I hope that future visits will reflect these necessary changes and offer a better...
Read moreI usually go to this location on my way to work, at least once a week. Today, 08/05/2022, I went the drive through and the young lady asked to take my order. I told her I wanted the Ranch chicken sandwich combo. She asked if I wanted fries. I told her that I wanted onion rings instead of fries. She didn't respond. Then I hear her laughing and she asked again if I wanted curly fries or regular fries. I told her if she had been listening to me, she would've heard me say I wanted onion rings instead of fries. When I came to the window, she gave me my order. When I arrived at work, they had given me a spicy ranch chicken sandwich and there is something wrong with my large Dr. Pepper. It tastes like they put mop water in it. They gave me 3 onion rings. No one is answering the phone so I am going to take the Dr. Pepper to the hospital to have it tested tomorrow. Do not go to this Jack in the Box because the Customer service is Disgraceful and extremely unprofessional. To get mad at a Customer who is on a time schedule, for having to repeat an order, all because the person working the window register, wasn't paying attention, is unacceptable. To make matters worse, to try to make me sick by putting something in my drink, would be disgusting behavior and I WILL...
Read moreMy sister called, she wasn't feeling well and asked me to bring her some food from Jack In The Box. Right away I noticed this location, BIG MISTAKE. After paying for the order, my sister called and ask to add 4 tacos. I had already paid with my bank card. Even though I hated to do this, I asked the cashier at the window If I could get an order of 6 tacos no sauce. This bothered the cashier at the window, but she went ahead and angrily told her coworkers to prepare the food. The coworker immediately placed 6 tacos in a bag. I gave the cashier my debit card to pay for the tacos, but after a full 5 minutes, she stated the card was declined. Keep in mind that I had already this same card to pay for the original order. I thought it was suspicious, but gave the cashier cash instead. I gave her a $20.00, but what's infuriating is that I am currently looking at my bank transactions online and see the charge for the tacos... 2nd the 6 tacos with no sauce was an attempt to get fresh hot tacos, no such luck. So, not only was the ALL THE FOOD COLD, but I was robbed by the cashier. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION, REALLY RUDE SERVICE AND YOU WILL GET CHARGED TWICE BY THE STAFF. The time of this incident was around 11:30pm...
