Man Vs Fries — Restaurant in Houston

Walked in to have lunch, waited at the front to be seated or approached for over 10 minutes. Three different waitresses including someone standing in the back made eye contact with me and never greeted, spoke or even acknowledged my presence. The entire place was empty with only 3 seated guest.. Upon entering I observed a large dog with at least 5 offspring feeding off the mother at the front the door. Unsanitary.. I am truly disappointed, I was ready to try something new and unfortunately you all did not deliver 1 star for not displaying any form of quality customer service. I have no knowledge of the food. I ordered from the one on Guly Freeway ( 4085 Gulf Freeway) so I’m not sure if they have the same owners, but it was a waste of money !!! Everything inside my burrito tasted old and stale from the chicken, to the fries, to the Hot Cheetos!!! ! I really wanted to enjoy this place, but how dare you serve old food to your customers? And on top of the food, being stale and old, they did not add sour cream !!...

The lady behind the counter was very sweet when I chatted with her and treated me kindly, she wore purple and was black and very jovial and it makes me want to eat here again!
