I stopped by for a quick dessert. It wasn't my first choice but there was nothing near by. I hadn't had DQ since the 90s. I was quickly impressed with this place. The dessert options were plenty and the blizzard I received was so good. I can't believe I ever stopped visiting DQ. I also ordered fries because their menu looked so00000 good. My fries were served HOT and fresh. It was such a good snack. As I sat there enjoying my salty and sweet snacks, I looked around the place. I noticed it was clean, spotless and shiny. Even the kitchen looked spotless. There wasn't trash or flies everywhere (which is what I'm used to seeing these days). There weren't stains in the ceiling tiles or dust on the light fixtures. Everything was well kept, clean and tidy. Which made me feel even better about the food I was eating. I had no intention of leaving any sort of review during my pit stop. But the cleanliness and service of this place was MUCH better than average that I just felt inclined to do so. Kudos to the team working there and...
Read moreOkay …..I kindly walked in this place waiting on a pick up. I stood there silently for 3minutes as one employee I’m assuming was the cook just watching. When I did finally ask was anyone working at the register today I was then approached by aa Hispanic female yelling at me saying “what you said!!!” And I told her what I said and she goes on to tell me she was busy and she’s not giving me my food at all! Because I asked who was working!!!! By this time I guess the cashier comes from out the restroom and I asked her what was the managers name and yet another Hispanic ladies asks the same rude lady I mentioned before if it was okay to tell me her name, because the cashier had just said she didn’t know her name. Then came the no speakie English crap!!! But yea you guys need some more staff and most definitely a better manager! Because the way she tried to treat me this here is...
Read moreThis particular Dairy Queen had probably the worst staff I've seen of any restaurant. They handed my husband a Blizzard. He asked for chocolate, we were both supposed to receive chocolate. Mine was correct. The receipt showed chocolate. It was vanilla. He politely pointed out the error asking if he could receive chocolate. They told him "We can't make anything with chocolate. We have chocolate syrup."
He said "My wife has a chocolate brownie blizzard. Hers looks correct. Why is mine vanilla only with no brownies." They closed the window.
The rest of the experience was mid. It was the service that we disliked.
They flat out lied twice. First saying "he ordered vanilla." Then "we can't make a chocolate brownie blizzard." when I was holding one.
There was no line. She said ,"I'm not making another one."
I get hating your job. That's valid. But don't literally...
