K-TEA — Restaurant in Houston

I go to this coffee place everyday when I request to have light ice, taking out a few ice cubes and saying it's light ice.. the lady never does it because she doesn't know how to listen. She got upset I kept being not satisfied with the coffee I get, if im paying $4.60 I ensure I'm getting my money's worth not a cup filled with ice and only %30 liquid. When I got a coffee from the owner it was great and he catered for me giving me the minimal ice and stronger coffee, when I get a coffee from the girl that works there she gets skimpy on coffee and creamer, telling me if I get minimum ice she's gonna give less liquid as in not filling the cup all the way. That issue aside she doesn't listen and never actually does the minimum ice (leaves half a cup of ice) so she got mad and declined my service because I talked about how good the owner gave me a coffee perfect how I like almost as she got offended and excuses from her personal life "ive had a long day and im not gonna serve you" outrageous! I give my business everyday it's not too much to ask for getting to coffee the way I like, not trying to skimp on my coffee preferences because of profit margins, my continuous visits everyday are more than enough to make up for any lost profits giving me slightly more coffee as well as half and half. She told me "I don't even care if I get fired" so here I leave this review with a video or pictures following. She should not be working there and very incompetent declining service because you don't wanna make the coffee the way the customer wants you wanna make the coffee you wanna make it, then have the audacity to tell me you do give minimum ice when you...
