Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

Hate to say it, but this location needs new staff and manager!! 30 minutes for wait on regular pizza. Nothing but kids running the front counter. Had like 7 people in lobby and 6 cars in drive thru, and they were all looking lost and very slow in their demeanors. I walked out!!! Not wasting my time or energy on establishments poorly ran and with crew members who could care less about quality!! This place is run down from management all the way to service!! Went to PAPA JOHNS were better ingredients and BETTER SERVICE is given 100% of the time!!!!!

12-30-23 Saturday 9:00p Came back to this location. Same stuff. Pizza was doughy, long line. All employees looking lost and clueless as to how to get customers in and out. Young girl at the register was cool. They first gave me a pizza that was burnt all around the edges very badly!! Told cashier, she politely asked if i wanted another one that was made. I took it thinking it would be better. NOPE!! Doughy !! Never coming back!!! Never wasting my money on poorly...

This location is terrible. I normally don't leave reviews unless the service is exceptional. I had the worst day ever and didn't feel like cooking. I called in my order and spoke to Maria. She told me my order will take 15-20 minutes. I arrived about 18 min after getting off the phone only to realize they didn't have my order ready. That didn't have my order AT ALL. Not only that she allowed someone to cut in front of me because he had his order placed already. Umm... so did I. After my order came out I asked about the sauce that comes with the breadsticks and Maria told me I should have asked for it when I placed my order. From now on I will stick with going to CiCis. Better pizza and its cheaper, faster and friendlier. Too bad when I asked for a manager I was told they weren't there. What kind of business are they...

Today on 1/29/2022 I when to go get a pizza for my family and at the moment I wake in to the restaurant the manager Maria was yelling about they don’t have pizza and we have to wait 10 -15 minutes and after that she had a attitude with the costumers and she was saying that don’t have exact change she would sell you a pizza because of no change and I ask her for her name and Last name she refused to give it to me. The point is I drive 20 min away from my house to reserve a attitude when I was just trying to get food for my family of 6 . Maria shouldn’t work there if she can’t handle it and got give everyone a attitude now I’m on my way to a different location 35 minutes away from my home due too Maria gave us bad service this was around 2.00 pm to 2:22 somewhere...
