This location deserves no stars. I came to this location on a Saturday night at 10:40 on the dot, mind you, business hours posted say "open till 11:00." A short mexican lady (not the manager) comes to the window and says, "we are closed already." 😯 I say, "how can this be? If yours hours are clearly posted open till 11?" She responds, "well actually we close at 10:30 every night so that we can start cleaning and putting things away." 😯 I can not believe the employees here admitted that they do this every night. So they are turning down paying customers 30 minutes ahead of closing time for the sake of them being able to leave right on time at 11 on the dot. Wow. Then I asked the woman if her manager was aware that she and her fellow coworkers were doing this. She said "yes." Then I asked to speak to her manager and she claimed "they dont have one." 😯 Then I asked the workers if they could give me the number to customer service or corporate office/headquarters, they said they dont have those numbers. Another wow. So then finally the lady tells me Maria is a manager there. But that she is not there. So I say ok no worries I will come back when she is here to follow up on this matter. I pull around to the front of the establishment to take a picture of the posted business hours only to find that the other workers were in there preparing sandwiches for themselves. They were putting 3 sandwiches in the toaster at one time. Wow. 😯 So you mean to tell me your employees are turning down paying customers because they are "so called" cleaning and preparing to shut it down, but they have time to make themselves sandwiches to go. Wow. So the next day I come into this establishment to try to speak to this Maria(manager) and upon my arrival the same employees from the night before were there. They made eye contact with me, clearly recognized me, because soon after they were whispering to each other looking up at me and my husband. However, they never greeted us, or asked us how could they help us. Finally we had to speak to them. So we asked if Maria was in today? They said no. So we then asked if they could please call Maria and let her know she has some customers who really need to speak with her and we would like to know when the best time to talk would be. An employee named ROSARIO went to the back to call Maria and explain the matter to her. Then ROSARIO returns saying her manager said "she doesn't want to talk to us, and doesn't have the time to talk to us, and that if we dont leave they are instructed to call the cops on us." 😯 Wow. This is how you treat a customer who just wants some answers on your policy and procedures?? Why is Maria even a manager if she can't handle an issue or help a customer with a complaint? What type of leadership skills are those? This whole experience was alarming to me. Truly a concern that a major branded company has people like this representing them this way. Then I finally get a number to Subway customer care service and the way they handled the whole ordeal was also alarming to me. All they said was, "we will reach out and talk with the manager there, thanks for letting us know what happened." Really??? That's it. ? Another wow, wow, wow. The last thing I was told by subway customer care team, specifically (Nicole) is that someone would be contacting me within 2-3 business days about this matter. It's now been 5 business days and I have yet to hear from anyone. I'm am truly displeased with this location and the way Subway handled this matter. With really no care. Very nonchalant. Read moreI went in to this location around 8:40pm, there was 2 people at the front I asked one of their names which was “Jose” at least that’s the name he gave me, which I don’t think is true because he had a nasty attitude it looks like they were ready to go and In a rush and there was a young lady with curly hair and a star on her forehead the first incident was that I asked her for 2 Italian herb and cheese subways and the young lady answered me with an attitude and said we don’t have that then I proceeded to ask her what they had young lady told me only white bread went ahead and got that, she gave us 2 footlongs at that point I wasn’t able to see them since something was covering them, I realized that until they started adding the vegetables I felt bad to tell them since they would have to make them again and already had a nasty attitude, I just left it alone and then the guy “Jose” proceeded to add vegetables to the wrong sandwich and in no moment did he verified the sandwich he just stared adding the vegetables he asked me so I assumed he was making my sandwich but turns out he added all the vegetables to my Husbands sandwich, we realized when we got home went back and had to go thru Drive- Thru & asked if they could please make them again, they told us straight up “NO” I asked is there a reason you can’t do it? He just kept saying that that was our mistake which makes no sense at all at that point I just asked him if I could get my money back he once again said “NO” with an attitude because as per employee that was our mistake asked him if I could speak with a manager he just said she’s not here asked him if I could get corporate number he said he didn’t have that and closed the window in our face and stared laughing … TERRIBLE...
Read moreHorrible and rude costumer service. The girl from the afternoon shift needs to be fired or trained all over again. She yelled at us and charged us wrong twice. She also threw the money at the lady behind us claiming that she didn’t have any change. She had to call the “manager” on the phone claiming she didn’t know how to void a simple transaction. She took about 15 minutes to give us our order and change right. She also ignored and didn’t give another customer his drink and he walked out angry. When we got home our sandwiches were not cut in half . If it was a small problem I wouldn’t have taken the time to write this review but the young lady certainly needs manners and training before she actually works with customers. Subway please do better and hire more capable...
