The lady that called me to let me know my online order wasn’t going to be fulfilled was EXTREMELY RUDE! I understand the weather is a little crazy, but when I called a few hours before to ask if they were able to deliver, I was told that they could but that it was going to be a longer wait time (1.5 hours). I said I was fine with that and she said ok. I tried to call to add to the order and after an hour wait time, I was hung up on without any acknowledgement. So I placed it online separately from the order I placed a few hours ago. I just received a call from the store and she said they were not going to able to deliver anymore. I asked which order was she talking about, and she had a disgusting attitude saying the order I placed online. I was trying to get clarification because I placed two orders, to see if she meant both or just one since we spoke earlier. She lied and said she didn’t tell me it was going to be delivered. I’m trying to explain to her that we already discussed the long wait time and she denied talking to me earlier, when I know it was her with the same accent! She wasn’t trying to listen to what I was saying because she had other things going on and couldn’t worry about just my order like it didn’t matter that I spent my money online already. I get it is a little hectic. Being rude to your customers is piss poor customer service in a customer related industry. If she took the time to talk to me instead of blowing me off and then hanging up on me because she was confused, then it wouldn’t be an issue to get the clarification. I would have come and picked up the order if it was really going to be that much of an issue. I have never been treated as rude as she was to me just now. I hope that they provide better customer service and a solution instead of the nastiness that just happened. That’s no way to speak to people paying money in your establishment. Read moreThis has been the most unprofessional, demeaning, and negative experience that I have ever encountered while ordering fast food. This restaurant on 1498 Wilcrest with the manager by the name Illan has solely impacted my outlook on dominoes as a whole. 2 weeks ago I called in twice in reference to a promo that dominoes offered me. Illan didn’t want to honor the promo. I literally called in 3 days before my promo was honored. So when my promo was ordered I decided to add two orders of wings along with my free pizza. Upon getting my order the wings were raw and half done. I spent the course of 3 days trying to get into contact with the store for either a refund or some sort of reimbursement. The manager had me on hold for half an hour, screamed at me, refused to service me because I sent in a complaint online about my previous experiences, and hung up in my face. I’ve reached out countless of times to dominoes to reach a resolve and to no avail. Read moreWe placed an online order last night at 7:30p.m. for delivery. In tracking the order ot said that Carla had begin prepping ot at 7:40p.m. at 9:00p.m the status was the same. We called the store at 9:10p.m. to Inquire about the status of our order. We got a nice young lady who was brand new who really couldn't help much. She went to speak with Carla the general manager who was also the person supposedly prepping our order. She returned and asked if we wanted to cancel and we said yes to which she said she'd have to get her manager to help us. No one ever came back to the phone. Made a 2nd call and asked for the manager to which another nice young lady answered and replied saying the manager literally said she was not going to take any calls. This young lady expressed her exasperation with the manager and indicated that this is nothing new with this manager.
