Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

I ordered a pizza online. Driver calls and say, “I’m here with your pizza.” I tell driver, “great my father-in-law is already outside waiting for you by the gate.” 10 min later father-in-law calls. “Where is the pizza guy?” I tell him that the driver had called that he was there and he tells me that’s not TRUE. I call the delivery driver tell him that he has delivered to the WRONG HOUSE. Delivery driver goes back to the WRONG house (I think) and then returns back to his car and proceeds to tell me that I had said that he could deliver the pizza to the guy by the gate. Hangs up on me. I call Dominos and I was told that it’s not their fault I told the driver to drop off the pizza to the guy by the gate. I told the lady, “Yes, I did tell your driver that, but how was I suppose to know that he was not at MY HOUSE!!!!!!! Of course my 7-year still wants his pizza so I requested a pizza and was told that my pizza had been delivered and that the store manager (Yareli Cruz) said that I can take it up with corporate if I have a problem with it!!!!! Lady who took my call said her name is Alondra. Drivers name if I remember correctly is Kentrell or something along those lines. I’m writing this review because I’m SO UPSET that I’m not home and my father-in-law cannot drive at night and my son is home crying that he wants his pizza, but he is not getting one because those people didn’t care enough to step-up to the plate and do what’s right!!!!! SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!!!...

UPDATE “ ........Today I went and gave Domino’s another Try !!!! And was Surprise to see different people working and my Food was Delicious and in a Timely manner .... Pizza,wings ,Brownie and lava cakes !!!! Great Job Today Sir.09/29/20!!! .................................................................................The worst Experience ever at Dominos,I was put on hold over 30 min.,so i walked to store in the rain ,while still holding, got to store and seen people staying around talking,I was ignored for about 10 mins.then i told one employee that im still holding he said we closed ,even tho it was not closing time and customers were waiting on orders and drivers coming and going...so i asked to speak to manager,she never came just looked at me and started cleaning counter and walls ...i asked for canceled order sitting on rack , to solve the inconvenience they said No and the employee took canceled orders for himself..this is very unprofessional and the manager did not even Acknowledge me at all.I was in danger just waiting oustide the door at night and they had me waiting until i felt it was unsafe! I would not recommend this location at all due to the disrespect of the manager and employees who found it funny as i waited soak and wet. Just left after 20 mins of waiting and watching them pay me no mind...

I've ordered from this Dominos for years. They had wonderful service. The pizza was delivered in a reasonable time. The food came as delicious as it always was.

I don't know what is going on with them now.

I ordered three times, and they canceled the order every single time. I tried to call each time my order was canceled, but no one ever picked up. Then came today, where I tried to order again. It goes through, but about an hour and 30 minutes late. I called to see whether or not they've cancel it this time. They finally picked up after someone on the store hanged up on me twice. The person (who I assume is the Manager) simply stated that there was only one driver available. I tried to also tell him when it will come and why he hanged up on me, but I was cutoff mid sentence as he hanged up the phone.

Now I don't know whether the store has only one driver or not, but I would like to say that I am sorry if this store is going under some extreme pressure from constant delivery orders and a shortage in staff. However, that doesn't give the right for the manager to act disrespectfully and hang up on a customer (or whoever hanged up on me). This place just ain't the...
