Yesterday I decided to utilize by points to order a Pizza and Pay for some wings, but as norm, this location was dis-pleasing to deal with.
After implementing my order online I received a call from Dominos but did not hear my phone, when I tried to call back, there was no answer so I continued on my way to pick up my order. Once I arrived on location (after appointed pick-up window) I was greeted but left standing at the window for about a min, no problem. An employee approached the window and asked for the name on my order, which I stated Guadalupe. The young man (later being known as Edward) came back to the window stating my order was not ready and that is was under a different name (Azalia or Something like that), so I asked why would it be under that name and I showed Edward my confirmation email with Guadalupe. He stated, "oh I thought you said Juan, you need to speak up". Went and came back with my order that was completely ready. So when I received my order, I checked it and it was not the correct order. So I, still being polite, informed Edward that this is not the correct order because the wings where not what I ordered.
Edward quickly became defensive and stated, "well we ran out of BBQ Wings so we substituted them. We tried to call you but there was no answer." I informed Edward that I tried to call back but no one answered, Edward responded with " we do not need to answer the phone when we are busy." Amazing response because how does an employee (Manager) tell a customer such an response but had the time to answer his personal cell phone multiple of times while working in the kitchen (Violation of Health Code/Cross Contamination) and I was still present. I paid and left with order to do the survey in my car but decided to return the items and ask for my money back. Again Edward was rude and took the food back placing it on the same counter next to other customers orders. Again, another Health Code Violation. You do not take outside items back into your kitchen area, that is considered Cross Contamination.
Edward, does not need to be managing a store for the reasons: Rude, Does not know how to management customer complaints/concerns, makes excuses, and then tries to place fault on the customer. If Edward was not sure of the name stated from the beginning, feel free to ask the customer to repeat themselves for clarity to make sure you do not give the wrong order out and to make sure you are looking for what you need, not keep stating to the customer well you need to speak up cus I didn't hear you. This statement was stated at least 4 to 5 times before my interaction of 10 mins was done.
Also, do not tell a customer you do not need to answer the company phone, which is used to do Domino's business, but have the audacity to answer and keep responding to text messages, social media, and take personal calls while on company time and while you are trying to take care of customers that are in...
Read moreI had two incidents with this particular dominos location.August 17,2017 when I placed an order online and August 21,2017 when I ordered a courtesy pizza that was given to me due to the first incident with this company.I will not go into full detail about the previous two incidents but below is a brief summary about my incident on August 21,2017 and I'm highly upset I will never order from this particular location on bingle rd in Houston Tx or any other dominos!! This is a Horrible place to order from Anthony Sanchez who claimed to be the store manager but in actuality is the assistant manager has horrible customer service he refuse to give me corporate number as well as the actual store manager name so that I could report him! Adam Gonzalez who was the the delivery driver the second time I had my order delivered after my first order was incorrect also has horrible customer service . My second order which was a courtesy pizza I found hair on my courtesy pizza!! I also asked for my receipt and Adam told me the receipt machine was broken and walked off they are so disrespectful and they have no common courtesy!! I will never order from this dominos on bingle rd in Houston Tx or any other dominos ever again! I had to many issues and I'm disgusted with this particular dominos.. they need to staff new team members this is ridiculous!! And from the reviews I've read I can't be the only one who has had a bad run in with this dominos! What else bothered me the manager on duty which was Anthony Sanchez could care less about my complaint as well as the delivery driver Adam. I reported this company to corporate. If I could've given NO stars to write this review I would've. I'm extremely disappointed...
Read moreI ordered pizza Saturday around 4:20 pm I received my order at 4:55. I called right away to let them know that they were missing my chicken Alfredo pasta. The guy that answered the phone says yeah he knows that he has it and he would send the driver back out with it. I said no problem. at 6 PM I called them to ask where is my chicken Alfredo pasta? The guy says that they've been really busy and he would send it out. I told him at this point I no longer want my chicken Alfredo pasta I want a refund for the chicken Alfredo he said he couldn't do it, and if I wanted it, he would send it out. I said I don't want it. It's been more than an hour. I asked for the corporate number to call and all l've been given is a case id number #6941328. So this location will take your money not send you the food and then when you call them their responses is we are busy and my response was not my fault you didn't send me the food I ordered so please give me my 6.99 back. Still no one has contacted me. I was a customer of this location for more than 10 years. Manager nor the owner has reached out. If you don’t get your food if you’ve been overcharged o well. This place will charge for food that you never received then they don’t want to deliver because they forgot it and then they don’t want to refund you the money. The owners of this location steal money from their customers. They charge for a product that I...
