Taqueria El Ranero (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Houston

I’m all about promoting small business, but after debating I figured I’d post an honest review. I tried to order 2 chorizo tacos and one pastor taco and the woman taking my order kept telling me she couldn’t understand me. I get this could have been a language barrier as I do not speak good Spanish, but I tried ordering in Spanish and she was very put off. It took over 20 minutes on my order (not a problem if it’s amazing food!) and I received two egg tacos… I was very disappointed and confused with their service. The hunt for a good breakfast taco...

This is a well established local food truck with hot made fresh food for a low price. I went to try this on a whim and I say it hold up well in a city with countless options for Mexican and texmex options. This is still a food truck, so don’t expect brick and mortar quality, but it stacks well against other food trucks.

I wish they made their own tortillas, but they doctored up the store...
