Dunkin' — Restaurant in Houston

I’m not one to ever leave complaints or bad reviews about places that I enjoy. I’ve been coming here since before Covid. I have always enjoyed the food and never had a bad experience. Until today at noon I asked for the “strawberry refresher” and I was confused as to why I was asked green tea or lemonade but then I said “the daydream refresher” and I was asked green tea or lemonade again. I figured I could correct it at the window. I pull up and I see that it’s not the drink I wanted and I told the lady twice that I wanted the daydream refresher. She looked at me like I had three heads only to tell me that it’s the “strawberry refresher” and I said “strawberry daydream refresher” again…and she said “yes” and I was like okay I drove off. I pulled up the photo on my phone and came back through the window to show them. I apologized and said respectfully “i’m sorry, but this is what I wanted” while showing the picture in my phone. One would figure they would fix it right? Well the young gentleman with glasses at the window spoke to me and said “you said the strawberry refresher that’s why I said green tea or lemonade” in my head I’m like no way I’m about to say strawberry daydream refresher again, mind you I train baristas at my job. I told him I said “the strawberry daydream refresher” and he denied it but eventually fixed it. It’s not okay to talk to customers like that, especially after I repeated myself 4 times to...

This location is atrocious! If the looks of the building and the homeless man that lives at the end of the drive-thru aren’t enough to turn you away, let this. I am usually an avid coffee dunkin drinker, I will drive out of my way to avoid Starbucks if there is a dunkin close but I will not EVER give this location my business again. The exit of the drive-thru is almost always blocked with big orange barrels which requires you to make a three point turn to get out of the parking lot if you have a larger vehicle. There is a metal box of some sort that used to hold a street light/electric pole in the lot that you cannot see until it is too late. On 5/22/23 I was exiting the lot and of course had to go around the sign because the actual exit was closed off and drove over this without knowing and my vehicle literally got STUCK on it! I had to pay $300 to have a tow truck driver come and remove my car and tow it home because it caused frame damage AND it was leaking fluids. I was there for well over and your and not one single person came out to speak with me including the manager. It’s been a few weeks and I have noticed that there is NOW caution tape and an orange cone on top of this. It was up one day and the next it was all knocked over as if someone else had still hit it! I will never visit this...

Always check your order before you leave this place. ALWAYS. I work in the area and have been to this location about 3-4 times on the way into work. No more. They get my order wrong EVERYTIME. This time when I got to the window, they were handing me the wrong coffee (as usual). When I told them about it, the lady at the window said they couldn't take it back once they give it to you. WTH? I only had my hand on it. I never put it to my lips! Now I have to be responsible for throwing away something they messed up? Ridiculous. At this point she asked what else I ordered (deep sigh!). I repeated what I told them at the drive thru intercom. They hand me a bag of what was supposed to be my correct order and I leave. I'm thinking since I repeated my order twice (once at intercom and also at the window), they'd get it right. Drove to work, got settled, sat down to eat. WRONG ORDER. Got in car, went back (I should not have to go through all these changes for a couple of donuts and coffee). Asked to speak to manager. The worker called to the back for Brian, who never came out.
