after reading the menu chose my drink ask a few extra minutes to order did not see that my waitres probably had a bad day. no smile on her face, got the impression that she either was working for free or had no people skills at all she should be working in a factory instead decided for stuffed bell peper dish took a while to arrive, for my sorprise it was not the stuffed bell pepper I ordered waived the waitres and explained about the issue she looked kind a pissed and told me ''well? thats how we make em here I replyed that they should change that on the menu because it was stated as ''stuffed bell pepper'' and not poblano pepper told her that I do not eat spicy foods she left me with out even finished then I called another waitress same thing she acted defensive just like if I wanted the food for free she ask me if I wanted something else that I still had to pay for that dish ... an order that was wrong since the begining I told her that I had money to pay not to worry so I handed her my debit card to pay for the food and decided to leave I only ask the owners to avide by what is on the menu if it is green bell pepper or poblano pepper(spicy) should be stated on the menu seen it somewhere else because there are more people like me that do not like stuffed poblano pepper, beside my waste of time, ended spending $15.00 for a bad service.wrong listed or specified food and a negative and bad attitude from waitres I would like a response to this betwen 24...
Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at Restaurante El Papaturro recently, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The pupusas were excellent – truly a taste of El Salvador. My wife tried the chicken soup, and we were blown away by how flavorsome it was; easily one of the best Salvadoran chicken soups we've ever had.
The exceptional service we received when our little daughter accidentally spilled her soup touched our hearts even more. A waitress, who we later learned might have been the owner, was incredibly understanding and kind. My wife, who is Vietnamese, also thoroughly enjoyed the food and the warm hospitality we experienced at El Papaturro. We will surely recommend this restaurant to all our friends and anyone looking for a delightful dining experience. Thank you, El Papaturro, for making our visit...
