El Tlacoyo Bigoton (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Houston

My friends and I pulled up to this truck as it came highly recommended. First, he didn’t even acknowledge me, very rude. As I’m just standing there, he opens the screen and says, “yes”. Second, as I’m ordering chicken tacos,he tells me they have no chicken. How do you have no chicken? Seriously, how? Overall the customer service was poor and the experience was a waste of my time on a Friday afternoon.

Edit: OMG, I can’t believe you’re lying. I did not have an attitude and my friend that purchased tacos stated that the man was rude too. Let’s not be racist here and try to push a narrative like I’m an angry black woman, because I am not. Your person was RUDE! I know a lot about the restaurant industry. This review is based on my personal experience from today 03/26/22. Came by to try the food out for the first time and I must say it was ok not the best. First and foremost the parking here is pretty big and open. The food truck is very clean and very presentable. The man taking our order was very nice and he even gave us chips with salsa because they cook all of their food fresh. The reason why I gave this food truck 3 stars is because the food is not to par. I ordered a torta de fajita with no crema no aguacate and this torta was not eatable. It was extremely soggy that it wasn't able to be picked up and the bread had tons of butter on it. This place is incredible! First time here, we ordered a gordita de al pastor y una de chicharrón prensado! 10/10 recommend so good, perfectly balanced flavors. We also got two tacos one tripe taco and one cecina taco and we topped everything off with their spicy salsa. If you can't handle spicy you might want to try the less spicy option. The spicy salsa was delicious but it does pack some heat. It's hard to find good tripe tacos so I will be back.
