Maybe you need to show off at a pot luck dinner, or maybe at a family gathering but you forgot to pre-order a special non-grocery store cake (let's be honest: the frosting for the cakes at the grocery stores are made with Crisco and one bite of it and you're done because it's so grotesquely sweet and thick. Not this frosting! If you ever wondered what a cloud tastes and feels like it's this frosting)!

Or, do you want your loved one(s) to think you put in some effort into having a beautiful customized cake created for them, even though you're due home in an hour and forgot to do it? Well....look no further!

Estrellas Bakery has got you covered! You're going to find multiple styled layered cakes, some with a jelly filling placed in between layers — it's not a jelly roll so it's not going to be 100% jelly it's 90% frosting between the layers of cake and 10% jelly filling).

Worried about customization? You can call in advance and get it done the way you want, but believe me when I say the cakes are beyond flashy (some are simple and they also do seasonal cakes ready to go) and you'll like them how they are.

You can literally walk in and walk out with a cake that looks like you ordered it a week and a half in advance. But if you're me you've waited until the last minute and would like a name or phrase written on it, and unfortunately most bakeries won't do quick CLEARLY WRITTEN name customizations. Fear not! Estrellas Bakery has got you. They will write a message or a person's name on a ribbon and place it on your cake.

If you like moist cakes then this is definitely the place for you to go. It reminds me of a Tres Leches cake, without the liquid aspect at the bottom.

We were delighted to see this cake outfitted with gold foil, golden edges, edible pearls, etc (see pic). I usually always go to El Bolillo but this one was closer to my mom’s house. I wanted to get a for my aunts birthday - her name is Esperanza- and this is what I get. Partially my fault for not it beforehand. It’s an average bakery honestly. I’m not sure why these ladies always have a stick up there ass. They’re never smiling or nice. Even when I asked for the cake I had to go through 2 other people because they couldn’t tell what they had on display. The cake now…. Delicious. This is regarding the Addies Kitchen INSIDE the bakery, not the actual bakery(I haven't tried their pastries) My favorite place to get breakfast, their breakfast taco are delicious. I recently tried their breakfast plate and it was also delicious, you just need to tell them what you want on it.
