Used the drive-thru service at night and while waiting on my cousin food (which was about 10 minutes) at the window, the entire staff on shift were talking about another employee (not sure if "Reyna" is currently employed or a former employee) at the location or another. Either how, I remember them particularly discussing how "Reyna" trained a co-worker. Rather "Reyna" trained them correctly or incorrectly. If she trained the employee, who was responsible for handing over the orders to customers. She definitely made some mistakes along the way. Because she behaved unprofessional by talking negative about her team member in front of customers. And not only didn't she ask "if we needed butter milk" for the tacos. She didn't place any in the bag or did she confirm the order before handing it to us. She didn't tell us "good night", "enjoy" or ever tempted to ask anything in regards of us leaving as satisfied and fully served customers. She didn't count out our change or at least informed us, how much we were recieving in return. She was over all a terrible customer service position holder. I sure pray Reyna teaches the rest of the jack in the box team crew lessons on "what to do" and "what NOT to do" dealing with customers. And if she's new, she's a trouble maker. And very messy to remember names attached to negative activity to share with other employees. Not sure if you could thank "Reyna" for getting looked into about this review or to hate "Reyna" for training you bad enough to recieve this review lol. Either way next time, you'll be more concerned about your own customer service in the present, rather mentally occupied with "Reyna" s actions in the past....

Iād already gone inside prior me going in the drive thru and the dude working the front counter was having the absolute hardest time ringing up a number 21 and there was already a little girl sitting down waiting for my order. So after he finally figured out what to do there he then walked off, seeing me standing there for the past 6 minutes, and started messing with the fries or something (never addressing me)so I went ahead and left out because I had to drop someone elseās order off to them. Anyhow now Iām back in the drive thru and a guy asks to take my order⦠mind you earlier he didnāt have a headset on so I proceed to start my order. A lady then chirps in to let me know they only had the roost sauce in the dipping packet that they would put to the side, fine, she finally made me realize what she was talking about and we were moving on I thought when the dude says real nastily āis that gonna be it!???ā Immediately asked who he was talking to and needless to say there was plenty of back and forth conversation. Once I got up to the window and paid for my food the āmgrā there said she would give me the store mgrs number and that number was clearly one of her ghetto homegirls š« anyways Iāve reached out to corporate and best believe ya boy DEJOUN is gonna be counting his days at this Jack...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI never write reviews on fast food because not much to expect. But this place is HORRIBLE! I always try to go bc of the convenience by my house BUT EVERY TIME they disappoint me. Iāll ask for my extra sauce during my order. They wonāt charge me. Give me the wrong sauce. Iāll go in for the right sauce. Then the manager will be like thatās extra. But I TOLD THE ASSOCIATE OVER THE SPEAKER WHY DIDNT THEY JUST CHARGE ME THEN!?! All I wanted was a sweet tea. Made me wait in line for 15 minutes then tell me they donāt have any and arenāt making more. Even my friend from out of town was like what is this they should at least compensate you for your time. Final straw I go up here bc I fly in Christmas evening after a long day of traveling and Iām having stomach pains from hunger. Get to the window. Somebody answers just to say they arenāt taking anymore orders for the rest of the night!?! Then why are you open and able to speak to customers. Youāre getting paid Christmas pay but not servicing anybody. Idk how they stay in business?
Go to the one on Bellfort itās a 5 minute drive but so worth it. Iāve gotten free tea from there. They had 4 people working and I actually tipped them at 1:45am the day after Christmas bc they were the only things open and working to service...
