I paid a visit to your location at 5550 W Orem in Houston, TX and was told what I wanted was not available, then stated the store closed early due to system issues, and followed this up with saying he would go check to see if there were some fries available. As you can see, the lack of consistency in his story let me know I was being lied to. I have worked retail in the past and it was clear that your employee refused to serve us due to the time. If your resturant closes at 4, and a customer arrives before closing, you must serve them. After seeing I wasn't buying his story, he then brings some kind of chicken tacos to the window to give us. I wanted to pay for what I wanted, not to get what I did not want for free. I was honestly offended. It was very clear to us that they were trying to pull a fast one. Completely ridiculous! Being treated like an invalid by your employee at this particular location was unacceptable! We drove 40 minutes (both ways) out of the way to reach your location. Ā Ā Ā Read more4/10/2023 Went hear on my lunch break with my fiance and ordered 3 items from menu not including drinks. Drinks were fine but one of the burritos my fiance was eating had a long curled up hair just before taking the last two bites. Called the restaurant and whoever answered was rude, was explaining what happened and she almost cut me off mid way telling me to bring it in to remake it. DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. Especially when someone was calling as cool mannered as i was. Plus why would i want to have the item remade when they have already proven how unsanitary they can be. So disappointing and again disgusting. If you arenāt willing to go above and beyond in providing not even excellent customer service but just acknowledging when wrong is wrong you dont need to be working in the fast food industry/customer service industry.
