This subway sells leftover bread not fresh because it's stale it's supposed to be soft and they don't acknowledge the coupon that you give them I know at the bottom in little print it says excludes some of the subs but the one I got was not on the exclude and they wouldn't give me my drink that came with it and they have a cover so that you can't see the food, on how bad the food looks that's why they cover it and this girl that was the employee she was leaning on the counter with her arms and elbows where they put the bread on man left didn't get anything that's unsanitary. And I'm not going back peace.

Horrible customer service will not come in to this location anymore. Two guys working they had no green apron on subway t-shirt all dirty. No mask on. I walked in employee was sitting on counter where they prepare the food on his cellphone. He helped a customer when finished he went back and sat on the counter again unacceptable.

Service here was trash. Lady didn't even give me a cup for water. She talking about waiting on cups tomorrow. I don't care lady I'm asking for water not when you get cups in stock 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ It's subway so I get it 👌🏾

Guy there was very good at making the sandwiches. There were bugs flying around the jalapenos. I had received coupons in the mail and this one specifically says "Buy ANY sub and ANY drink and get a FREE sub of equal or lesser price." At the end he only discounted for a 6" and said to us that the picture is of a 6" so that is what is was for. I even asked him if he got the but one get one before I paid and he said yes. I re- read the coupon and NOWHERE did it say anything about a 6". Refused to refund me and said "I can call my manager so he can explain it to you." Way to go subway with your crappy customer service and un sanitary veggies. If I wasn't pregnant and the spurs weren't playing I would have stayed to argue this but it...

By far the worst subways I have ever dined in. Now I work in retail so I know how it is when dealing with customers or under stress. But the Hispanic guy with the pony tail, big guy, is very unprofessional. 1st off he got my food wrong because I had a online order. Gave me the wrong bread and I asked in the notes to only toast the meat and cheese and he toasted everything. And luckily u checked my bag before I left because I was missing a item. He was telling me how he was stressed because he had a light rush of customers but I told him repeatedly it was ok and that's fine but he still had a attitude with me and when I said anything about my order not being correct he still had a attitude. Food-Great. Atmosphere-Clean and decent. Customer service-The Absolute Worst! I walk in to order dinner at 7:45pm and find the place empty of customers, with only two workers, visibly eating behind the counter. I politely ask if they are open (the open sign was on BTW). Their answer was "KINDA." HUH?!? They said they kinda close for online ordering during this time and to wait a couple minutes. I asked if that info was posted for guests to see but they didn't answer me. Food was clearly avaliable for ordering, but they associates made no attempt to serve.
