I am a manager who works 50 hours a week I’m also a full-time mother my kids love sonic. I have four children and two stepchildren total of six children so I always go to sonic because it’s the kids favorite spot. However, this sonic is a headache every time I come it’s a long wait through the drive-through so I ordered through the mobile app especially with six kids. I don’t wanna hold up the line so I always order on a mobile app from home and then try to come pick up our order They give you whatever they wanna give you on the hamburgers my kids love Tuesday night we come on Tuesday and of course kids are picky so we order it on the mobile app the way they like it we come they give you whatever they wanna give you. I have one kid that’s all allergic to tomato. They put two tomatoes on the burger we said no tomatoes another thing That you cannot go to the stalls the stalls are all out of order the two that do work The employees park their cars in it so nobody can use them. They do have three cardboard stall stall 12 and three, however when you’re on the mobile app and you order, it tells you they are invalid styles and won’t let you check in so therefore you are forced to go through the drive-through and wait 30 minutes for one drink sometimes is what I do and sometimes It’s for the kids on Tuesday night which After having them fix our order, we go home with cold food and they serve you just like a dog. It’s not right. I spend a lot of money here and I would appreciate better customer service. I would appreciate getting the food and the order that I paid for and I would appreciate using the stall if I need to use the stall not having to wait in this line for 30 minutes like I am today for just one drink It’s ridiculous. Read moreFirst the staff did not know how to correctly complete the order. They have not been trained on how to complete a tax exempt transaction. Which every employee making monetary order transaction should have known and been trained in. So it took over 30 minutes for the lady who did not give us her name to go and call someone to ask about this and find out how to complete this transaction. She took a long time on the phone with someone then came back and completed the tax exempt transaction that she told us "they did not do" at first. Our order is now cold at this point she did not offer to remake or do anything for the inconvenience that she caused for her inadequacy in being trained to complete these types of transactions then forcing us to wait while she conducts training over the phone. We also had a pre order that was ordered thru the app that was not ready at the stated time it should have been then we had to wait an additional amount of time for that. The initial order was wrong, the staff was not friendly at all did not have any customer service skills whatsoever and did not render quality service. This location failed miserably and we will not be visiting this location in the future. People please pad this page up if you are in the area unless you want to experience these same...
Read moreService here is so slow 2nd time I come to this location and it's my last time...35 minutes to the entire process took...first I drove into a stall and press the red bottom waited and waited about 7 minutes no one took my order and I saw cars driving away because of they're oder was not been taking also many cars waiting no one was taking orders...so I move to another stall press the red button and waited like 5 minutes and again no one took my order..so I decided to try another stall waited again like 5 minutes and no one took my order and I ask the person next to me if they took her order and she said yes but it took a long time..so I went to the drive thru and waited about 20 minutes from start to finish to get my food..and when I told they drive thru order taker about the issue I had all she had to say was..ok drive around..all she had to say was I'm sorry about the inconvenience or something..I will be calling corporate... Sunday 10/11/2020 Arrive at 7:20pm try three different stalls no one took my order and finally went to the drive thru 20 minutes..so I was out of there around 8pm wow never again going to...
