Hartz Chicken Buffet — Restaurant in Houston

Did I consume the 2pc mixed dinner that I purchased? I Did. Do I regret it? I Do. I noted the moist coating of the chicken breast first yet it was my only meal of the day so of course I was famished therefore I tolerated it and ate it. It was not cooked to a crisp as 'fried' chicken should be. I was stricken with an upset stomach almost immediately after consumption. I wish the location I tried for the first time would have been as professional with the preparation as the Hartz' location I normally patronize however, I have to blame myself primarily. I had the signs, I should have returned the product. Know your foods fellow consumers and Hartz' please do all you can do to prevent cross-contaminating, please? The employees have bad attitudes. Especially the older Spanish lady. And the other younger employees are following in her footsteps. They were mad because we wanted fresh chicken. We got there it was a little after 4pm. The young lady said that chicken had been there since almost 3.The only time you get good service is when the owners are there.The bad thing is when I went in there to get my order the older woman said something in Spanish and then her and the younger employees started laughing. This place is horrible the biscuits was hard and doughy not like a good soft biscuit like I’m use to them having the chicken was overcooked the only thing good was my pepper and the fries because they was fresh! This place will not last long if they don’t change their ways I don’t understand how they still in business the lady at the window was nice and the manager but I don’t see them in business too long this is the worst Hartz chicken I’ve ever ate at!
