Timmy Chans Chicken — Restaurant in Houston

DRIVE THRU SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! I never really do reviews but I’m tired of the bad service. y’all just opened at this location, how the people doing the drive orders already have an attitude. The lady at drive thru over talked me and got my order wrong. i ordered a Brisk Sweet Tea off the menu with my food and once I came around to the drive thru window. The lady at the drive thru gave me my food and no drink. I then asked about my drink and she proceeded to tell me that they do not sell brisk sweet tea (in a dismissive tone) which is plain as day on the menu and that she didn't ring it up. so which is it? I told her that’s it’s on the menu and I asked for it on the speaker. she did not seem to care and went back to her register not giving me a chance to say anything else. Clearly she dropped the ball on this and didn’t want to take any accountability. This is my 3rd horrible interaction with the drive thru. Just because you are behind a window does not give you the right to be rude to people. Bad service is not tolerated even if the food is good. the lady working the drive thru with the mask today 6/9/2025 @6pm was a rude woman from the intercom experience to the window to giving me my food was horrible and she should not be allowed to work that window..if I would of got just a wing dinner i wouldn't even be mad. But I ordered two 6 piece wing dinner w/fries one 6 piece wing dinner w/combo rice, a beef & broccoli plate, a general tso's plate, 5 eggrolls, 3 orders of fried biscuits & 2 orders of shrimp puffs total $78.95. no soy sauce,duck sauce ,napkins, spoons or even a fork was in my bag. The fried biscuits was hard as a rock the shrimp puffs were old cold & stale, fries were extra crunchy, eggrolls were hard, the chicken was a 4 piece instead of 6 piece. Ik it's not the cashiers fault the food was horrible but her rudeness and lack of caring of customers food made the experience worse. I called the restaurant 8 times and all 8 times I was hung up on. This was my first time ever going here I ordered 8pcs chicken and 1 egg roll and I was over charged 57.85 by the young girl in the drive thru , she didn’t give me a copy of the receipt because she knew she had over charged my card, today I called spoke with elderly lady she kept saying do you have your receipt for proof, I said ma’am I have the proof of what I ordered, she said I need the receipt with my credit card and the purchase on it , I told her that’s funny you knew she didn’t give me that ,then she had the nerve to tell me to call your bank to get a credit back your card ? I replied so you is telling me to call my back and dispute the charge they will credit me back my money ?
