I would not do any business with these guys they are for one very very shady they do not answer phone calls of any such to customers my wife went and bought a car from them and the car was very overpriced 2500 all together with the tax and title 2500 and I bought the same car for a 1700 plus tax and title (WHICH RUNS PERFECT FROM DIFFERENT LOCATION) and that was the overall price and she bought this car from them they assured her everything was great the car had no gas so we couldn't really test it anywhere like literally nowhere so it also of the crime that she bought also made this noise explain this to the company and they assured like this would be this this was no problem and that this problem would be taken care of or whatnot and we get down the street she buys his car we get down the street after purchasing the car and the car broke down after we got gas and everything and got further down the road and want to be called the company they just never answer the phone calls so we ended up having to drive in my car just one car again in my wife paid all this money for this car which no one was going to help her available and they don't even sells Honda's they sell Toyotas but they sold my wife for a Honda Civic 02 Honda Civic that looks like someone had trade this car ran and just like they'll probably made it happen maybe have problems it looks like they probably put some mystery oil in it or something or did something so it was just like temporary run really good or whatever but once we put gas in his car it just like completely broke down and we ended up going back to the place I drove her up there because I really I work a lot and she works a lot in and she has to catch the bus because she didn't have no car and they just sold them in the car didn't even have an as-is sign or anything so she's now teaching now has no car and her car is just like on the street just broken down and they're just like giving her the runaround everyday like everyday the run around like we're going to help you the owner the owners going to be here soon like so every day two months they just been avoiding us and and it's like very frustrating because my wife went in and pay all this money and they don't want to do anything and she's just barely got her plates like yesterday and then when we got there while we were there they were like the owner still isn't there and then they were like we're going to call the owner and then the owner wasn't answering them so they have my wife talk to a mechanic guy and he was like so Lala blah this and that about the car and what happened and you know what if the car blows up in you know and then just giving us the runaround like you know they weren't really going to be able to help us at all and it's just very frustrating as overall frustration I've ever the most frustration I've ever seen sorry the way I typed this.. WILLING TO RATE BETTER IF THEY ACTUALLY HELP HER. AT LEAST A FIX OR REFUND INSTEAD OF...

Very friendly at first,,,, then when there's a problem,,, no one is there to help you... i was going to buy a suburban,,,I went late Saturday afternoon,,, so I drove it home that night,,, the A/C didn't work.. so I took it back Sunday morning,,,and after A couple day in the shop I decided I rather no buy it ,,, I didn't feel comfortable with the suburban,,, I thought to my self what else could go wrong,, so I called my finance company and told them to cancel my loan ,,, which they did... and after more than a month ago I haven't received my down payment back ,,, the right thing for them to do is to send me my money... but it's up to them to do the right thing...crooks...and no response from the onwer... rats...yep these people are used to deal with people with no social,,, these people are nothing but thiefs,,, it's been about two months already and I still haven't gotten my down payment back,,, I guess they need it more than I do,,, they have my address on file all they have to do is mail it to me...... I called a couple of days ago and spoke to Lissett,, she said someone would call me back and no one did.. this is not a place to do business ,,, I do not recommend anyone to stop by this place... you are better off going to a local dealer not car lot like this one... luckily I don't need the money , but it's about treating people with respect,, if the vechile fails they should gladly return the money they took down from them and learn from that experience instead of trying to capitalize from the issue and pocket the money... almost two months already and still no word on my down payment. +++++ it been more than 3 months already,,, still no response for the owner,,,, and it sounds true that people giving 5 star rating work here or have friend that work here... these people are crooks,,, not only do they depend on people with no social to shop here but they also hire some here to... they can take my money and choke on it,,,, but I will send INS their way...and still no response from the owner regarding my down payment... I can't believe these rats need my...

If I could give zero I would. I’m currently taking legal action against this place and what they don’t know is TWO of their current employees have handed me over so much more information and proof I need to get this place shut down, just because they felt so bad for my situation. I my car was repossessed just after being 10 days late of 250$ after barely having the car for a month. I put 4k down to do in house financing. Within this short time the car wouldn’t turn on twice and my screen went completely black in my car. I texted the manager all while this was going on as I was waiting for a new debit card to come and communicated that as well and was told to just come in with my money at the same time they will look at the car. It was only after they took it that employees came forward via finding me on Facebook and were willing to help me gather more information. Geraldi or whatever knew I was a single mother of 3 here with no family in Texas. I offered to pay the next payment in advance just for my car back but apparently everyone already knew they don’t let you get your car back. I wasn’t even offered the option to pay the loan in full to get it back. Let’s not forget my video footage of y’all telling me you will fill in the numbers for me to make my application look good Yall can delete this, I will just post again, but as long as YALL are aware that I’m going to get justice for how yall scammed...
