I really love this hotel. The service is friendly. Plenty of free parking. Very clean inside and out. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The A/C really cools! That being said, ice machines are on every other floor. My floor, three, just happened to be broken and had to climb stairs two floors up to get ice. Secondly, middle of the summer and the pool was out of order. Lastly, if you use Google maps to get you here, it will take you to the back locked gates where there is a broken intercom box and you will just have to figure out how to get to the real entrance. Order at the check-in/food counter and sit and wait or go up to your room. They said they'd call me in my room when the order was ready, about 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I called down and found out the food was waiting for me, just no one called to tell me. Disappointing. Nice that there is food 24 hours, although the late-night menu consists of maybe four options, plus whatever pastries are in the case. Still, it's something. Nice dining...
