Horrible horrible service. If you care just as much as I do about spending your dollar where people seem to appreciate your business, do not visit this popeyes. The entire staff is Spanish or Hispanic. Nothing wrong with that but no kind of diversity ever. I went on the inside and the cashier acted like she was Ms. BEAUTY QUEEN. Taking her PRECIOUS time. She showed no true effort or like she cared to be working that day.. In between customers checking her phone and texting. Remind you I went during lunch so both the drive thru and inside line on the inside and outside was long. She did not her role seriously at all. All of the staff had on a mask. The cashier who was a short petite woman with a long ponytail. She had her mask on her chin. When I approached the counter I asked her to please pull up her mask while interacting that closely with me. She pulled it up with an attitude once she took my order she pulled it back down to her chin. Breathing all over the place, touching cash then people drinks. The cups had wet dirty finger stains on them. Of course from her hands not being clean. Handling cash, messing with her phone, then food products...all kind of food violations. I spoke to the manager who also had his mask on his chin. He does not need to manage because he did not care at all. He was not modeling good behavior his mask was on his chin. He also never addressed the cashier she kind of smirked in a cocky way and kept on working slow, and carelessly with her mask unproperly worn. I mean what is the point of acting like your playing it safe but in reality you don't care.. Why even wear mask ? Popeyes will forever be one of my favorite places to dine at when out and about. With these young unprofessional employees working, popeyes will go down hill real quick. This is the reason why so many good food chains fail its not the customer's nor the food it be the employees who supposed to represent the business well. This particular location does not care about good customer service. Some of the staff act immature and worthless. Its very unacceptable! Lady was in the back throwing chicken sandwiches over the counter to the other staff member. Some landed hard over the piled up chicken. Learn to appreciate and value your job and the people you serve. Fast food or not, you can have a job today and be out of one tomorrow. I asked for my money back the manager never apologized he gave me back my money without hesitation. I can't support no establishment that does not have enough respect nor take any pride ! Read morethis is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to, I put in an order on a the mobile app last night 1 hour before they closed, received an email receipt. and was told my order will be ready when I get to the restaurant, 20 minutes later I pull up to drive thru speaker and told them I had a mobile order and gave them my name. they tell me ok pull up to the window when I pull up to the window the lady at the window tells me the amount of the order of somebody behind me. I tell her no I had a mobile order and already paid, she looks confused and asks me what the name on it I give them my name again. she walks away comes back and tells me they didn't receive it. I ask her are you serious? I just told you guy's at the speaker and I even showed her the receipt in my email and the mobile app. she tells me it didn't come through on the computer so she can't make it (this is after I already paid for it) I was shocked and very irritated. I asked her to speak to the manager she tells me she is the manager, she barely spoke english so I wanted to speak to someone who could understand me more. she was being very rude and basically rushing me out of the drive thru line because people were behind me. so after sitting there about 25 minutes not getting anywhere with her and her refusing to make my order I told her I would he contacting corporate. she didn't care and after I contacted corporate thru the app they only offered me a refund. after sitting behind somebody for 15 minutes and trying to reason with a disrespectful,rude manager who barely spoke english for 25 minutes I wasted 40 minutes there. plus I had to drive 20 minutes away to find somewhere else to eat because other places were already closed. I explained all that to the lady who emailed me from corporate and all corporate offered me was a refund. this is my second time having a problem at this restaurant about a month ago they shorted me 5 pieces of chicken and I didn't realize it until I got home. and when I contacted corporate about it they only gave me like a $3 refund, I will never go back to this location, Popeye's needs to do something about this location and do better about...
Read moreOct 31, 2018. The staff is horrible and brain dead. I came inside and ordered a chicken poboy and a 10 piece strip meal. I decided to cancel the chicken poboy while they were still putting in my order at the register and get a shrimp basket. The order hadn't been fully placed in the system yet, they were just gonna remove and replace a different combo. I had to repeat my whole order about 4 times and in spanish so she would understand. I clearly said "im only cancelling the chicken poboy for a shrimp basket." No attitude was given. The change was made by cashier and manager and I swiped my card. I'm waiting on my meal and about 5 minutes in I look at my receipt and notice my strip family meal and my shrimp basket weren't on there, but ONLY a SHRIMP POBOY. I quickly tell the manager and she catches an attitude with ME. She proceeds to tell me "u said shrimp poboy" and I told her "no that's not what I said. I said to cancel the chicken poboy and I want a shrimp basket instead." She fixes everything but is just nasty the entire time.. she's rolling her eyes, smacking her lips, just all in all rude. 20 minutes later I get my meal but the entire time I noticed how dirty literally every table was. All of the tables had grease/honey stains, trash, and food on them, floors full of crumbs, the trash was over flowing, also how there were only 2 customers inside including myself, and about 5 staff members. Why was this place so dirty and slow? I understood... Because the staff is lazy and doesn't care about they're job or the customers.
