Camelot Inn & Suites — Hotel in Houston

Called to reserve a room with a jacuzzi/hot tub (in room) like they advertise online, and the lady who answered the phone barely understood English and said "no we don't have" and hung up on me! So I called back an immediately requested to speak to someone who understood English, the lady says "yes I just can't hear you or something", so I asked why do they picture rooms with jacuzzi's/hot tubs if they don't have them? She says "I'm sorry I don't know!" Wth...horrible customer service and false...

Checked in and looked around the room (110) Idk what is in that fridge. Condom wrapper behind the bed. And blood splatter on the wall. Went back to ask for a refund yes it says no refund. But I believe I should have got one. He tried to give another room but didn’t feel comfortable staying anymore. I went trying to get a room and I go in to the room and their is piss all over the seat and the dude comes and offers to change room and I go to the other room and same and comes and says I'm doing it why would I be lying about something like that horrible motel...
