I would give it zero stars if possible. I placed an order through Grub Hub. I ordered two orders of Lamb Chops. One order I added 1 extra Chop and the other order I added 2 extra Chops. For one of my plates I ordered Mac and Cheese and Collard Greens, and the other Cajun Rice and a Baked Potato. It was supposed to be ready at 8:25 pm. My boyfriend arrived there at 8:30 pm. My order was not ready. Finally they brought the order to him at 9:05 pm with the bag tied very tightly. I told him to check and make sure our order was correct. One plate was correct, but the one with Mac and Cheese and Collard Greens had the Lamb Chops and just a Potato, which I did not order. He asked them and the cashier told him that they were out of Mac and Cheese and Collards. While he waited those additional 30+ minutes they could have told him that and let me choose what other sides I wanted. Then they just gave me 1 side, the one they wanted me to have. They said they gave me the potato because they didn't have what I ordered. I told him to tell them for my second side that the meal comes with I wanted Asparagus. I'm sitting on the phone with him and almost 10 more minutes go by. So I hang up with him and call the restaurant. The girl who answered the phone sounded really confused. I gave her my name and told her it was a Grub Hub order and asked why it was taking so long on my order. I heard her talking to the cook and he said, "Oh I just sent that out." So I called my boyfriend back only to find out he was still sitting there waiting on our order. So I was basically lied to. My order was not ready until 9:22. My order was $73.00 and to be treated in such a manner was horrible. I will be taking my money to an establish who's honest and have better customer service!!!! We got there around 6pm on a Friday wasn’t packed at all got seated right away well we sat ourselves think that’s the system. We were treated by one waitress 10 mins in very nice she gave us the menus. It was about 6 of us so we had more people arriving little by little. After about 30 minutes just waiting a different waiter came up didn’t introduce herself so can’t say her name, she had on pink sweatshirt and black biker shorts with little Fanny pack in the front but she asked us were we ready to order we did drinks first and appetizers we had to repeat about 5 times because she trying to memorize it nothing was written down and she kept saying they were out of a lot of things we asked for initially…..she went to put in orders came back asked us again for our order…. Drinks took about 20-30 mins to come and they weren’t all brought at the same time….then we went ahead and order our entrees so they’d come right after the appetizers…. Our appetizers came about an hour after ordering them drinks were gone at that point and we ordered simple things (nachos, buffalo shrimp, buffalo chicken fries) nachos and fries came shrimp didn’t….. our entrees start coming out one by one every 10-15 mins…still no shrimp appetizer to be seen….. last entree comes out which was a burger and shrimp is brought out with that…. We saw people getting their food came after us before us… our waitress was in the kitchen on her phone more than checking for our food. Overall the vibe was nice but very unprofessional tvs kept freezing they played nothing but Sexyy redd same songs over and over the first hour we were there and then finally started playing other songs. First and last time going for $300 dollar tab...
