Came in to get a sandwich for a family member today at 5:55pm, the gentlemen working the register was kind, and the lady sitting down working on paperwork was kind too. My issue is with the line worker, that was here on 10/23/19 that had the goatee/beard. I was trying to determine which sandwich contained Salami since this is my first time here, he’s talking to the other gentleman about how I haven’t made my decision in a very rude tone and is huffing and puffing, and making me feel unwelcome and rude. I tell the worker that I apologize for the wait but that I’m trying to find what sandwich it is that I need. He then replies “I wasn’t even talking to you geez” Huffs and puffs rolls his eyes and throws the sandwich together very sloppily.

First of all it doesn’t matter if you weren’t talking directly to me, you were complaining about me right In front of me for taking my time to decide when there are no other customers. Work on your customer service sir before you jump right to an attitude in front of a paying customer who meant no harm to you.

Usually I come inside as this location is only 4 minutes away from my work and everyone is really nice and has great service. Today we were slammed at work and I didn’t really have time to go out so I ordered delivery.

Not only did it take close to an hour, but when I got my food the entire thing smelled so heavily of cigarettes. It was genuinely disgusting. Even the straw and chips smelled like cigarettes. I took a sip of my drink and all I could smell was cigarettes. It was so incredibly off-putting I threw it all away. I’ve never had anything happen like that in any food delivery I’ve ever gotten. It’s currently in my trash can and I can still smell it from my desk.

The driver totally ignored me when I told him the order was mine and to have a great day. I just got out of the food industry after 5 years, I was a server and a manager at a restaurant.
