THEY WON’T LISTEN TO YOU, THEY’LL RUSH YOU THROUGH YOUR ORDER AT THE DRIVE-THROUGH, MESS YOUR ORDER AND GIVE YOU ATTITUDE AT THE END!!!

I visit this location very frequently, without fail, they’ll always rush you through while making your order, won’t listen to you or let you finish, they’ll always interrupt you while making you’re order by asking “anything else” (let me finish please), and you’ll wait forever for your food. I went to get: 2 Caramel Macchhiato (hot) 2 BBQ 1 Smoked beef 1 Philly cheese steak

The correct order was written on the bag, but on the receipt, it shows “Sausage” instead of “Smoked beef” Since i’ve waited for almost 10min for my drink, I really didn’t check the bag to make sure the order in the bag was correct, I was rushing cuz I did got to work late. Only for me to get to work and found out, there was only 3 kolaches in the bag. They only didn’t get my order wrong, I was also short on my order. If it wasn’t done my mistake or because they weren’t listening to me or pay attention, then it’s THEFT!!! I’m already at work LATE, found out my order was wrong or short, how do I drive 25-30min back to get fixed? I got so pissed off and just threw every damn thing in the trash…. And I’ll make sure I share this experience with all my family and friends. One less of a customer won’t hurt y’all, but I do trust and believe in God, he’ll be the judge if I was wrong to spend my money at this place and got treated this way. Everyone is always super nice. All of the girls know me because I have been going there for several years. They always ask me how I am doing and how my daughter is. The food is always great, the only complaint I ever have is that sometimes people at the window may have a huge order or a specialty drink and it holds up the line for awhile my average time in line is about 7 minutes and sometimes it feels like forever. I wish they had the option to have those cars pull around to the front so it doesn't hold up the line other than that I visit at least 2 to 3 times a week. I am very happy with them, my husband also visits the same amount of times as me. Never encountered a rude associate...

Did not want to talk about it but since Google asked to rate my visit I will. First of all, I guess they run out of cream cheese fast. So I arrived around 7: 45, part of my order was cream cheese, I was told after I placed the order that they don't have it available that it would take 15 minutes to prepare. I waited for about 20 minutes, I asked if it's ready and they said no, it will now take 30 minutes to prepare, No reasons given. I canceled my order and left. I wish they would rather overestimate the time it takes and tell customers than having to wait and realize it takes much longer. Or maybe it's time to begin eating healthy and ditch...
