first time trying CAVA on 04/02/2024 for lunch..... Today is 04/06/2024..., have been having it at least once a day!!!! I am OBSESSED!!!! All hands down, THE BEST service from ALEJANDRO and BRYCE!!!! they both did an amazing job the first time. ALEJANDRO hooked it up!!! He certainly knows how to prep a bowl, he makes sure you are Haaaappy!!! If it wasn't for ALEJANDRO, I don't think my first time would have been AAAAAMAZING!!!! The food is omg, Awesome. I can't explain it! It's a fulfilling meal! HARISSA AVOCADO BOWL, can't ever go wrong. It's the blend of juices, the savory sweet honey chicken,...the Harissa dressing, pita chips!!! And so much more!!! I literally couldn't stop thinking about it the first time, I had to return for dinner... the next night again and again for dinner lol ALEJANDRO always displays amazing customer service! He is very welcoming and knows how to take care of his customers! The way be mixes the greens and rice in between each other and tosses the rest on top... My goodness, the Bowl is a VERY nice Size and weight!!! Thank you ALEJANDRO for always making visits to CAVA AAAAAMAZINGLY AWESOME!!!!!

I tried Cava for the first time today, and honestly, I don’t see the hype. It’s basically a Mediterranean version of Chipotle, but with higher prices and smaller portions. I ordered the Chicken & Rice Bowl and the Spicy Lamb & Avocado Bowl, and the total came out to $33—which is just ridiculous for what I got. Despite adding a good amount of toppings, both bowls were noticeably underfilled, and the sauce cups were only half full. Before leaving, I checked my bag and saw only one fork. When I asked the cashier for another, he insisted he had put two in the bag. I looked again—still just one. I even double-checked at home, and there was never a second fork. Not sure why he felt the need to argue over something so small—it's a fork, not money out of his pocket. As for the food itself, it was fresh and tasted good, but it wasn’t exceptional—definitely not worth the "sit-down restaurant" pricing they seem to be aiming for. Cava is trying to come off as an upscale fast-casual spot, but at the end of the day, it’s just overpriced bowls with skimpy portions. I won’t be in a hurry to go back.

I love CAVA, have always had great experiences in all locations I have visited. Today (2/25/25) was my first visit to this location. I ordered the Spicy Lamb and Avocado bowl. This is the first time I have ordered a curated bowl as I typically make my own bowl. The lamb was cooked perfectly, the veggies were fresh. The only thing I would suggest is that if you have "avocado" in the name that the avocado be more present. The black lentils were cooked to perfection for me - they were firm (which is the best way) so if you do not like firm lentils, I would suggest choosing a different base for your bowl. The saffron basmati rice is a delicious option. They added a half avocado but it was a very small avocado so there was not much considering it is in the name of the plate. My colleague ordered the Steak + Harissa bowl. She liked it but said the steak was on the dry side so she would go back to chicken next time. The team is always very friendly in each location I have visited. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will continue to be a CAVA regular.
