so when arrival to the store I was greeted by an Nigerian who was what I assumed management ,,,
I got my pizza order and open up the box to see that the pizza was not to my satisfication ,,,
and me with a calm voice asked if I could kindly have a remake ,,
because the pizza was not the one I order online ,,,no lie no exaggeration,,, because remember our biggest fear is having someone who is preparing the food do something malicious to it once sending food back or preparing food over sooo ,,, then immediately the Nigerian manager became confrontational and told me he was not going to make my food over because he didn't like my facial expression of asking him to make the pizza ,, over as a normal person mentally I was puzzle,,, as you would be also ,,let's be honest the first thing you think is WtH ,,, or umm are you talking to me but no I wanted to ask was he serious and he was most def about standing on his business and said he wasn't gone make it trust and beleive I asked for reasoning but it wasn't none at all maybe he felt I was drama I'm business professional I have a whole career I'm. I was so outdone because you passed a judgement on a facial expression when I asked calmly and patiently to have it made over in spite of the inconvenience already he not only yelled and embarrassed me in front of other customers but he treated me as if I was beneath him and he was superior over me I have never in my life been so hurt by his customer service I don't have that type of heart to treat anyone individual like that,,,

Read moreDO NOT, go to this little Caesars on Wilcrest!! I ordered a pizza for delivery, WELL 8 minutes from it being delivered it mysteriously cancelled!! I called the store and you cannot get through to talk to anyone, it only lets you place a order!! I called the customer support # I was on hold for 30 plus minutes until I hung up!! I ended up going to the store only to have Jennifer be very rude when I walked up to the counter before I even said a word!! Well I told her that my order was cancelled 8 minutes from delivery, and of course I was charged and I wanted my money back!! She tells me that it wasn't them who cancelled the order, to which I told her I don't care who cancelled you all took the money out of my account, so I want my money back!! ( I had already called door dash customer service, who said I would have to speak with little Caesars) Well I told Jennifer I wanted to speak to the owner or manager, she precedes to call somebody, ( who knows who that was) and tells me that I would be refunded my money in 7-10 business days!! And gives me a receipt that says void!! I told her that is NOT going to work, because you didn't get YOUR money in 7-10 business days so I want my money back on my card today!!! Also she gives me receipt that has void on it !! the receipt does not say or show my refund amount!!! Anyone can void a transaction!! Long story short I asked if this is store is corporate owned or a franchise, because I was contacting the corporate office one way or another!! By the time I made it back to get in my car to leave my money was refunded back on my card!! Read moreSo, I’ve been stopping by here for years. Sometimes even three times a week. It’s a pretty busy spot on the weekends. Nevertheless, today has done it for me. I placed a online order to pick up at the portal as I’ve done plenty of times. I arrived around the estimate time, I could see from the parking lot that my name wasn’t on the screen. So I waited until the app updated with them packing it up. But, once inside still no pizza loaded with my name. Waited about seven minutes after seeing other orders loaded into the portal before I could get someone at the counter to see what’s going on. Cashier was nice, but whoever the older African American guy was very rude. Instead of, “I’m sorry for the wait, there’s some mishap with your order.” It’s are you Uber eats or whatever, the order was picked up. I stated that I did not place an delivery order that It’s supposed to be in the portal. The lady states that she will remake the order. Then once the order is made he just shoves it in my direction. Mumbles something about stealing pizza. Not sure what he meant by that, as I paid for my pizza that I clearly didn’t retrieve from the portal. Since he’s so bent out of shape about it he needs to review the security footage. I’m not understanding why he was so upset when I’m the one who has paid and waited an extra half hour for my order.
