My first experience a year ago in this store was excellent, which is why I came back. The staff is all changed now. A lady was helping me. I needed my Internet device changed. She told me she needs to go to the back to check what devices she had and then proceeded to directly go and help another customer. I waited for at least five minutes before getting pissed about this. She, as well as the other customer finally noticed me. This was after at least another 3 mins of staring at her shocked. She told me again she needs to go to the back and get the device, to which I said, well you would have to go back for that. Obviously, I was deeply offended by this. She finished what she was doing. Disappeared to the back and returned after a few more mins. The other staff at the store had already begun to notice this now. The manager asked me if I needed help. I nodded.
Anyways, she returned with the device and now told me it takes ten mins for the safe to open in which these devices are stowed. She then gave me attitude and asked me if I wanted someone else to help. I said yes I would like that. The manager again told me to wait and told me they were short staffed. It is not the busiest location, thatās why I came here. The manager then came and started arguing with me instead of simply helping me.
This is probably the most unprofessional behavior I have seen displayed at a T mobile store. It was not even a big deal. If she had told me the safe will open in ten mins like a normal person I would not be annoyed. The manager too behaved so incredibly unprofessional. All he had to do was help me change my device. There was no line waiting there.
Anyways, there are many t mobile stores around. I will not be coming to this one. I hope they hire more professional staff. This is not my first device with T mobile. No one has ever said a safe took 10 mins to open. But if it did, all you have to do is tell a customer instead of helping others skip a line in front of them....

The sales rep asked me for my name and the reasoning there which was to explain my breakdown of bill and to pay it and purchase items I needed. I told him and he tells me I can call customer service and they can explain better. I let him know I was aware but I would rather had came into the store. He then tells me itās going to be a long wait because thereās two people ahead of me. I told him I could wait but another Sales end up taking the couple so the sales I spoke with first Cesar end up still helping me. He prints out the paperwork and told me to still call the rep to explain better because theyāre just sales and I explained to him Iāve been helped before concerning any problems of my acct store level so I didnāt understand why he was rushing and couldnāt help me. He was not trying to hear it and I asked another sales if he could help me and he tells me he was pretty much going to say the same and his name is Uriel. I end up figuring out my line amount and paying the bill and not getting my accessories and left. I called the rep who was very much helpful and better customer service and stated the sales in store couldāve assisted as well. Even though my previous research showed I couldn't i followed the representatives' instructions and proceeded. When I arrived they confirmed that I could NOT get repairs done to my phone there and I was EXTREMELY PISSED. So many layers to the story and my frustration with getting my phone repaired and this made it so much worse. Fortunately Abner was there to assist me with my claim and get to the right location. He even told me about other deals and products available to me as a customer. Even though I wasn't interested, and he was likely just trying to sell me something [I worked retail and totally understand and respect it], he took the time to listen and help me resolve the issue I came in with before introducing me to other items. I felt heard even when I told him I didn't want any other items and he didn't feel pushy. I appreciate that!...
