Great quality Vietnamese food at an incredible price. The restaurant is kind of hidden in a little strip of shops, but it is an amazing find. We felt like strangers in there among a mix of more elderly Vietnamese folks stopping in after work and groups of parents telling their kids to stop using their electronics in Vietnamese while they retorted in English -- very goods signs of authenticity. While the interior is nothing special and unassuming, the food is incredible and at such an inexpensive price! We ordered the Hu Tieu Go (pho with pork broth), Mi Go (like Hu Tieu Go but without broth), and Xi Quach (pork bones). The noodles in both dishes were cooked perfectly, and the clear pork broth had an incredibly aromatic, smooth, and delicate flavor. The thin slices of pork were also great, and the crispy garlic chips and green onions were great toppings that added crunch and extra flavor. As for the pork bones, the meat was falling off the bone, the connective tissue was practically gelatenized, and it was all packed with the fantastic pork broth flavor that it was used for. If you're feeling particularly decadent, dip the meat in a mix of soy sauce/vinegar/hoisin and the nice slices of chili (bird's eye chili?) they include at every table. Flavor town. The portion sizes are reasonable but smaller than most other Vietnamese restaurants, but I think the price, quality, and flavor more than make up for it. The food came out incredibly fast -- probably within 10 minutes of ordering.

Today, my family came to enjoy noodle soup through a recommendation from a friend. I must say that Uncle Hoa's noodle soup is really thoughtful. The broth is sweet and not greasy. The noodle soup is tough, the sauce is very rich. For the first time, I tried the white rice paper cake with the taste of coconut and the crunchiness of the puff pastry. I really like the sweet orange lemongrass peach tea that is just as the name suggests. Especially the attentive and hospitable service of Uncle Hoa made us have a very happy time. If anyone has come to Houston, please come and enjoy the specialty noodles with affordable prices. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Decent spot if you want noodles and want to try something new. It’s a pretty small menu and a smaller restaurant. We tried several noodle dishes and some appetizers. The noodles were okay, nothing special, and not something I would typically go out of my way to get. The dishes do come with a good portion of meat, especially if you get the bone. Appetizers were good, particularly the banh bot chien (viet fried rice cake). Not a crazy amount of seating and the ambiance is very bright. Overall not a bad place but not somewhere I would typically go if I was in Bellaire.

Love this place. One of my favorite Hu Tieu places in Houston. Probably as close as being authentic as you can get it here. It definitely has the true flavor of "hu tieu go" in Saigon. Have some slides of fresh red chili and it's perfect. It can be a little slow at times but I understand they want to make it as fresh as possible. For those who are not happy, either they haven't tasted the "hu tieu go" in Vietnam, or used to a different taste of hu tieu (remember there are like 10+ styles in VN alone). Or they would order something like "1 hu tieu, mi, it' top mo, nhieu he., khong hanh phi, nhieu thit, khong egg and then 1 hu tieu kho^ it banh, nhieu top mo, khong hanh" or something like that. You'll...
