I have always come here & spend $300-$500 EACH VISIT. Nga Nguyen asked for my ID to TAKE A PICTURE OF IT ON HER CELL PHONE. I have NEVER been asked for my ID EVER NOR FOR A PHOTO TO BE TAKEN OF IT. She said itās their ānew policy for purchases of $300+ā. NEW POLICY?? To ask for customers IDS & TAKE PICTURES? She said thereās been a lot of dispute charges THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. I will never be coming here again because honestly thatās BS to take pictures of PERSONAL INFORMATION. My ID & CARD NAME HOLDER MATCH so I didnāt understand any issue needing a photo copy of my ID which isnāt allowed in any store. NOR DID I HAVE TO SHOW MY ID. Products are great, CUSTOMER SERIVCE AWFUL. IF THEY DIDNT WANT PEOPLE DISPUTING CHARGES, MAKE THE STORE FOR LICENSE PEOPLE ONLY WHICH I WILL HAPPILY PROVIDE MY ID BECAUSE I AM FULLY LICENSED. Iāve also emailed, but no none responded. Finally I was able to call and spoke to the manager, she wasnāt helpful but also wasnāt very nice. She sounded annoyed, told me that she would call me back but I ended up having to call her back. In the end, all I got was still the same answer as the tracking statedā¦. No information!
