This used to be our "go to" pizza restaurant but probably no longer. Two weeks ago we ordered pizza and breadsticks but when I got there, the pizza was ready but they had to remake the breadsticks because they made cheeybread instead. This week, we placed the same order. The order was not ready at the promised time because "our system is down" (but somehow another walk in customer got their order). The manager did not seem very apologetic and was rather flustered. I received my order and when I got home we noted the pizza did not have any sauce on it. I went back to the store and the manager offered a half hearted apology and said I could keep the pizza and then instructed an employee to give me a bunch of dipping sauces! REALLY? I asked for a refund because I had already ordered another pizza from another restaurant. The manager processed the refund and all but threw the receipt at me and didn't say another word. I told her I thought she was being rude and had not offered a sincere apology.

Read moreThis is a really good Marco’s Pizza location, however, I ordered carry out, and the pick up experience is an issue of sanitation and hygiene. While approaching the countertop to receive my order, an employee came out of what I am assuming is the bathroom with a mop and bucket in hand. As he was crossing with the mop and bucket, he as right on queue acknowledged me to get my order. He failed to wash his hands and proceeded to hand me the pizzas. To add insult to injury, the employee said “ here you go homeslice”. Your employee needs some retraining on customer service and sanitation best practices.
The pizzas are good especially after transitioning the pizzas to a sanitized container because I did not want the pizza boxes to touch any surfaces.

Usually we order here once or twice a week. No way to email feedback. Online feedback simply prompts us to start a new order. Embarrassingly resorting to this as an attempt to give feedback. Please fix it before I become used to ordering elsewhere. Follow up: I have not yet gone to the feedback site you specified.
