As a manager myself I can guarantee y’all that this location has more logical employees than the manager. I ordered some shakes on the app and asked for curve side pick up. After a while of waiting there they finally send a young guy telling me that they had no shakes if I wanted anything else. I asked for my refund that I didn’t wanted something else and he said yes let me go talk to the manager. The guys comes back like 10 minutes later and tells me I have to do it on the app and I said that was fine. Then he goes to help another vehicle and while his helping over there in trying to do the refund and it doesn’t let me so I called the guy back and show him the app won’t let me to what he responded the same thing to give him a minute that he was going to go ask the manager. 15 minutes go buy and nothing plus I was running late to something important so I decide to go through the window. The girl calls the manager and she comes and instead of talking to me she’s telling the employee what to tell me as I’m right in front of her 🙄😑 very unprofessional then I tell her that yes the guy did told me to do it on the app but it wasn’t working and he was supposed to come back outside to tell me what I could do she then tells me that she had already told me which to I confirmed with her that he did told me about the app but that he was supposed to come back and tell me what else I could do cause it wasn’t working and so cynically smirks and says they can’t be repeating the same thing to me. The nice young girl at the window was trying to help me but at this point I was too heated at cynical wild manager with that nasty response. It wasn’t much about the refund but her not owning up to her wrong that they had me waiting for 15 minutes for a response when they had no intentions on coming back with an answer. Read moreI pay full price down to every penny every single time. So why is it sometimes I get the correct portion of fries on my large fry and other times I do not? If the MOD wants to cheap out and save money I can see why I would more often than not have a large fry that is about half way filled. Otherwise it could be poor training I don’t know just trying to figure out why I would receive a large fry that I can fold the top over the fries. I don’t know the specific measurement but I definitely shouldn’t be able to do that. I have ordered many times here even using the app to help as much as I can and with my 4500 rewards points I decided to get a large fry. I was optimistic but yet again I got a large fry that makes me feel like I’m not the least valued as a customer and that they can keep messing up my order as much as they want because no one is going to bother about a large fry. Unfortunately for them I have been fed up with this practice. I would love to keep coming here but losing out and basically giving my money away for free for a large fry and end up with anything but that is very disappointing. First of all I ordered from my app and selected my table I was sitting at so they were yelling my order number the whole time instead of bringing me my order to my table what is the purpose of putting the order in and put your table number down if you have to go physically, go pick it up from the counter secondly, they have flies really bad. OK. I mean everywhere I have to rush my kids to eat their food because the flies was gonna take it third. My son went up to the counter because mind you this location.
