McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

Look, I used to really like Mcdonald's along time ago and yes I still go there because I so like their food and deals. It just seems lately that whenever I purchase a large drink, that the system is set up on every Mcdonald's to cut your drink at least 1 1/2 inch from the top. Why is this ? Than when this happened again at this very one one Tidwell, I did ask the young lady if she could fill the cup a little more as I showed her how short it was. So she took the cup and put about one quick push off the soda machine and brought it back to me. When I looked it was really no difference at all ! I felt like it is disrespectfully or at least no matter who it is that they act as though they are doing us a big favor when they themselves just work there. They do not own the soda machine. Sadly this is not my complaint. Yes, there is more. My question is this, why does or did it take about almost 20 minutes to receive a cheeseburger, a small fries, 6 nuggets, and 1 LG. soda ? 20 minutes is kind of long don't you think ? But to be kind I will knock it off to 15 minutes and not less. In the 80 's I used to work for Mcdonald's on FM 1960 and Vetrans Memorial.I was young and quick compared to this generation. They used to call me "Rocky". Anyways, because this day they took "15" minutes, I missed my bus. Anyways, have a nice day Mcdonald's. I will see you call...

This Mc Donalds have disappointed me for the last time. The service was horrible. Everyone had an attitude. I was approached by one of the employees, because I told the mgr. she had a bad attitude for the second day in a row. The first day which was Thursday she had a very unpleasant disposition. I brushed it off. I said maybe she was having a bad day. The next day which was Friday before the fourth of July, she was working in the kitchen. I went in she was bagging the food. She threw my bag on the counter, and rolled her eyes. I asked her for some ketchup, she ignored me. The mgr. said mc Donald's was hiring school aged kids to train and teach them how to act in a workplace environment. That young lady must have missed that class. Anyway.... The tables were dirty, the floor had French fries ,crumbs . I was going to eat there I changed my mind. The ketchup packets were stuck together, so we know who has been recycling. ( DURING THE PANDEMIC)? Evidently they don't care. So I guess the packets that are left on the table, they get them and put them back for the next lucky customer. ME....

I live close to this almost Donald's go there all the time I live about a min away. However normally I go in the morning or the day but anytime after 12am they're NEVER OPEN!!!! IVE BEEN THERE 4 TIMES IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS AND THEY'RE ALWAYS SHUTING IT DOWN WHEN CLEARLY they're supposed to be open. I recently talked to an employee and asked him if they were open he said "YES" I said you guys are supposed to be opened for 24 hrs so why are they closed... He looked at me as if they had been busted. I am going to write to one of the biggest businesses blogs in Houston and tell them to write a review and check it out for themselves it also helps that one of my bff works for the blog so I know she will do it. It's just a bunch of lazy ppl that don't want to work. If you don't want to work nights or deal with the public then find another "JOB"!!! It's that simple. I'm sure the GM of the store isn't going to like what he sees in this review, this is just horrible customer service. This is absolutely ridiculous and I think they need to clean house and hire ppl that actually...
