Huge mistake coming here. Horrible service, deceiving, very unprofessional, wasted my time, gas, and my patience.
At around 5 in the morning today, I was about to head home from a very long hours (16) of working overnight and there was only 3 things on my mind: food, restroom, and bed. Doing a quick search on my map app, I saw that this McDonalds would be just a short detour to my drive home and I particularly like their big breakfast w/ hotcakes and ice coffee. With these information, I know a pit stop here makes a lot of sense as it would knock out 2 items in my list, but before I made my final decision, I wanted to make sure they are open. Google maps shows them opens at 5am, but having seeing a few stores with incorrect hours on Google before, I also checked their website and also the mobile app for hours of operation, and both confirmed that they will be open at 5 am.
After driving for 30 minutes (around 5:35am), I finally arrived at this location. Saw that the light was on, I then proceed to the front door only to find that it is locked. Hmm, maybe they forgot to unlock it? Giving them benefit of a doubt, I went around to get an employees attention. After a few minutes, I finally saw an employee and told them that the door was still locked, they respond with âwere not open yet, come back around 6 or 7â.
Quickly looking at the door for hours of operation, I pointed at it and ask them âshouldnât it open at 5am like it says so on there?â, they then responded with âehhh đ¤ˇââď¸â then proceed to turn their back on me.
Around an hour after my shift was over, I am still in need of food, bed, and now at its worse, a restroom. My decision of expecting they will be to be able to accommodate me with two of those, I was instead given the feeling of frustration, full bladder, regret, and very, very, very disappointed.
With my experienced here, and having four sources (google, website, mobile app, and store sign) that was set, created, and written by them for the customers like me and you, they still failed to adhere to their own rules.
If only it was possible to give any numbers of stars for the review, I would give them -âžď¸ âď¸ and it will be very deserved so.
A company who canât follow up or backed up their own words or promised to their customers like me and you are, plain and simple, untrustworthy đ. It is one of the worse, if not the worst, disservice you can do to your customers.
Never again, will I ever make the mistake of trusting this franchisee ever again.

But while I was placing the order I kept having to repeat myself when I would ask a question. He was making my husband very frustrated because we were moving all weekend and all we wanted to do was stop in grab some food and go. However the whole ordering process took several minutes to complete because he would not answer my question and I kept having to repeat it multiple times. Then our order wasn't complete, we were missing items and by this time we were just frustrated and left instead of going in to complain. I can't believe the horrible experience we had dealing with this location. I will most likely not go back to this store, only because we should have gotten better customer service here. It's not that hard to answer my question about a deal they're running nor is it that hard to respond to me when I place my order,say that it's completed and wait...
   Read moreworst experience i order on the mobile app park in the curbside wait like 20 min they notify in my app that the food was already pick up then took 5 more min to a lady show with the food and my drinks but part of the drinks were in her uniform no drink carrier just disgusting to see all that plus she didn't have my coffee after all that she want me to wait more really i told her i cant wait take the food and ask your manager to refund my order something simple then i call the manager actually answer so rude like is my fault she had poor costumer service skills and said what i need that she cant understand what is a refund for the food i never touch and don't even care this kind a manager needs more training and if she can drive to the McDonald in beamer road and learn from the employees that have better costumer service they give me my order in less than 6 min and have great attitude don't waste your time on...
